Aaron was a great representative to interface with!! I was very frustrated with my service and access to plan tools, I was almost considering a new carrier.Aaron 'destressed' my experience, took the task upon himself and completed everything in a very satisfactory manner. Great place to go!

I have never dealt with such a patient rep in any Verizon store at all until I came in for some question about my phone. Tim opened the door for me and welcomed me like any customer should be treated. He was so patient with all my questions and I will pass all the Verizon stores just to come back to see Tim. Kudos to this store for hiring this guy!

I had previously reported how disappointed I was with this company. After posting my review, I had accepted that this was the end of it. To my surprise, Brain from Cellular sales e s reached out to me. He was very professional, kind, patient, and apologetic. He listened to my complaints and ask what he could do to fix this issue.I stated all I wanted was to get what was offered me. Well today I got the rebate I was offer originally. Thank you Brain and cellular sales for addressing this issue and the rapid response. I truly appreciate it.

been with verizon for 10 years but leaving nowi live in two diff. states so not just local issueabsolutely horrible coverage since verizon went to 5g serviceconstant dropped calls with verizonconstant "no service messages on my phone" with verizonconstant delays in text and voice mails ( up to 2 hours of delay ! )switching to another carrier asap !!!customer service is a joke !!!goodbye

Aaron is great!!!!!!!!! He worked with us explained all of the phones the options. He showed us the size differences took the time to actually answer all of our questions I was thoroughly impressed.

I came to this office to become a new client and bring my number and my wife's number from another mobile operator. I immediately asked the employee that I would not have any additional services. As a result, the office employee printed out the contract and I saw that insurance was added to the contract for my old phones. I asked to remove this item from the contract and once again asked that I would not have any additional payments, she crossed out this item with a pen in front of me and assured me that there would be no additional payments. I had to return to this office four times and I was assured by their supervisor that all additional services would be cancelled. As a result, they added $35 to each line for changing SIM cards, I could have rearranged the SIM cards myself and the insurance payment for my old «Verizon Mobile Protect» phone remained on one more number. I am shocked at this attitude to customers, I will not "save" with Verizon, next month I will transfer my numbers back to the previous operator. Be vigilant in this office.
