Very clean & organized store. VERY. Sizes in clothing are correct on the racks. Shelves of items are cataloged very well. Quite impressive, considering that most stores like this have things out of place eventually. And, of course, prices are reasonable.

Unfortunately 95 percent of male clothes have been given the silver tag treatment which I thought was reserved for exclusive items. Waste of time going nowadays.

I like value village only because you may find things here you won't find anywhere else the problem I have with this store is there prices !! they are higher then some of the stores prices are for the same new item I see them selling things in there that are more then the same product sells for new. I may repeat myself but its amazing how they price things in there and it is a for profit company they did donate like 5 million in the last 4-5 yrs to charity's so let that say something about what they make in profits for all that donated stuff we drop off there.

This place is best for finding vintage and rare clothes and items. We’ve bought great cheap clothing and wooden picture frames for my husband’s paintings here.

I Went in for clothes shopping. I went through the aisles and picked out clothes that I wanted. Then, I asked for the fitting room. They stated that they had no fitting room. I asked as to why they had no fitting room for trying on the clothes they sell. I do not know which clothes were going to fit or not. Not without trying them on beforehand. The Employee shrugged at me as if they didn't care. I followed up with the question of, " if I buy these and they don't fit because I could not try them on, I can return what I don't want tomorrow? And get my money back? The answer was yes. On the way out I asked for a restroom. I had spent a lot of time and money in this store. Least they can do is let me pee before I go. NOPE! No bathroom, figures. Next day I go back in, bring the clothes that I can not wear , I have my receipt, I see the same employee that I spoke with the previous day. The employee tells me that I can not get a refund on these clothes. I'm pissed. I overspent because I had to pay for all just to go home and try on. Bring them back in for my money back and told No. " nuh uh" . Employee says To go ahead and shop right then for exchange only. I say " nu uh "I said that I spoke with them yesterday about this exact matter. I needed my money back for my returns. I would not have bought anything from this store had I had known that I could not return items with tags and receipt , for cash back. I loudly stomped out saying that I'd give them 0 stars on Yelp. For lying. For selling clothes without fitting rooms and of course no bathroom. Stores rarely let you have normal body functions anymore. Also, No returns! If I'd had known all this, I would not have shopped there.

My teenage daughter and I found a lot of really great clothing items at this shop. The problem is there are NO RESTROOMS (which is problematic for a middle age mom who has birthed two children) available and NO DRESSING ROOMS!! We were unaware of these policies so after we filled our cart with back to school clothes for my teen, we discovered the “no dressing rooms” as well as the return policy which is “items with the tag still on AND your original receipt can be returned within 14 days for STORE CREDIT”. So my daughter and I sorted through all of our clothing items to figure out which ones we really cared about because I can’t afford to return items for store credit. Next time we go to this store, we will wear spandex shorts and sports bras so we can try on clothing items in the store before purchase. It’s a shame because they really have a great selection of clothing.

One purse was $50! Not even behind a display case, just a regular purse for $50! I would spend a lot more money if the prices weren’t trash. I could go to Nordstrom and get the same purse for the same price.

The majority of the staff at this Value Village on Evergreen Way, in Everett, are very friendly, welcoming and professional, except 1 woman. She is sort of heavy set, white, with round? glasses?I believe she may be a manager.Whenever, I go into the store and she's there, she gives me hostile looks. When I have asked a question, her tone, and manner is, condescending, abrupt and rude. Her treatment is very disrespectful and puzziling.I do not know this woman andI am puzzled as to how she can give herself permission to treat a customer that way..

I brought in about 150,000 baseball cards and the kid that unloaded them did a wonderful job and kept me updated all the way

As a frequent thrifter I've observed most thrift stores raise their prices and that's whatever, but I went today and I've never seen the prices so ridiculous. I don't know if the management changed or what happened but I remember when value village was about giving back to the community and helping people, but it seems now that they're more about profits instead of connecting people in need with resources. When you can't find a decent shirt for under $5 from a cheap company like gildan or Hanes that they likely got from a donation, I consider that greedy. Plus they've taken the ability to use their restroom away which isn't uncommon and paying employees minimum wage, they're just taking more than giving... not very non-profit in my opinion.
