I am employed here and watch my coworkers working hard every day. When we get to deliver your Christmas gifts or pick up parcels from your place of business, it is a big deal.
Thank you to every customer who leaves us a note when we mess up or a treat of appreciation. You are awesome.

These joker's. Don't deliver
Don't answer their phone. Housebound and they want me to come get a package. Can't even answer phone so I can ask for it to be redelivered or if a friend can come get it. They are worthLESS. They said my apartment building was vacant or no longer in business!! Tried to deliver to wrong apt # even though I made all appropriate address upgrades, verified by main USPS. Hubs are worthless for delivery!!!!??

No fingerprinting available here for police certificate! Not the staff's fault but the website still lists this location which is misleading and frustrating after a long drive. Go to Snohomish USPS instead

Fyi hardeson does not deliver our mail to us directly. Read below i hope this helped
Let me remind some of you. Although you may live in the area where you get your mail delivered to this location our mail actually comes from the Colby USPS in downtown Everett. I learned that from my own issues with usps in general. This location is not a destination office its a transitonal mail post to move to the next step they get packages and mail and send them to their next destination. They are like a distributor to sum it up, a pass through process. Hardeson usps cannot attempt redeliver at this location as they have to send it back almost immediately to the colby usps as thats our post office who deligates our incoming mail and where our post people who deliverour mail come from. They are not the people who dtive delivery cars they sort and send. If we have issues. You will always need to rectify them at the colby location. Im just giving this info to save anyone i can stress. Yeah , its a pain but its the structure of our mail.
Also, there has been some very unfriendly people. I had it out with the same woman several times but they do their best generally. And there have been some keepers as time has progressed. This is just a fyi post. Hope you have a great day and that this info gives clarification

We get our packages and mail sometimes. Staff has been friendly for me. Drivers seem to switch sometimes and deliver the wrong mail though, sometimes mislabel a package as RTS vs HOLD.

This location does not do fingerprints although it is listed on the official website. Staff referred me to Arlington- which also does not do fingerprints.

I can't understand why everyone dishes out so many negative reviews. I visit this location often, and yes, it does get busy. But the employees are doing their best to help everyone as quickly as possible. They are very professional and helpful. Maybe there is one or two employees that don't have the best attitude, but it's difficult coming to work daily and knowing customers are not calm and understanding.

The employees here are very rude unprofessional and make it very difficult to ship never wanna help and just want to direct people to kiosk you guys need better employees who actually wanna be there
