“They will take all your money sell you a car that brakes down all the time the first month of owning a car and broke down all the time check engine, light transmission light ABS light every light you can think of was on got it fixed several times more and more problems. Keep happening every month and leaves me stranded. I am in a bunch of negative equity. They jacked the price lied about the condition. And I song a lot of money into the car and it just keeps breaking. I want to trust anybody there. Its very shady business”

“We’ve been bringing our cars to Mark and the team at Z Sport for over 20 years. Of course, they always fix them. But what’s really impressive is they go beyond just the reason you’ve brought the car in (today was an oil change), and check other things (like tire tread) to ensure their customers stay safe. They’re extremely knowledgeable and are more than happy to share their knowledge. In fact I just listened to Mark talk with a customer for 20 minutes about general car maintenance, the best and worst cars for repairs, the importance of proactive maintenance, etc. The waiting room is comfy, the restroom is spotless, and the Keurig pods are plenty!”
“-very irritated buy car lots...-... Just another used car lot with overpriced damaged goods.... full intention on buying or dont' bother going... went to go look at a car where obviously pics were nicer then the real thing... . immediately rolled up saw it and an immediate NO turn around lets go..... saw parts (trim fenders wasn't clean or shiny...) hanging off the car and just turned right around and went home....update: i actually came back and gave it a second chance i was is desperate need of a car, but no dice. had i took the intetiatvee to shop the lot online before i went for the one i was looking at its possible i woulda walked out with something. i did meet a couple guys there i havnt' talked too in the past before.. good place very friendly let me do my thing and just explore the vehicles.... the kind of experience i like at a dealer. would shop here again.”

“John is a miracle worker. I didn't present him with the easiest of deals due to changes in my credit, employment and down payment. And yet, while one or more of these issues were insurmountable at other locations, John was able to get me an offer. A car I wanted and a price I can afford. Even before then, I fully appreciated the approach he took when I first walked in. He was straight forward and honest about what he knew he could deliver. After initial contact, it was very apparent he does his homework and pays full attention to his clients. He was very transparent about the type of cars that could be qualified for and showed in detail what it takes for all 3 parties (bank, dealership, and buyer) to all be happy to make a transaction worker. Never seen the dedication and honesty from a salesman before. It was actually the best car buying experience I've ever had, and John is the reason for that. I can not recommend him enough. “Purchased a 2017 Camry from Pharaohs Motors, about 6 months ago. The experience was great. Even though there were a couple of payment hickups and a small delay in licensing due missing letter from previous owner, they took complete responsibility and were happy supporting through the documentation process. The car had minor key fob issues within the first day of purchase, but they came home to replace the keys and had no problems since then. Have been using the car ever since, completed 2 regular services at Toyota dealership, no mechanical issues identified and is running smooth.The price offered was reasonable too. Definitely would recommend checking the place out if you are in market for a pre-owned car. Just make sure to do your due diligence and get a Pre purchase inspection done before making the decision.”

“We have been coming here for 10+ years and Jeff has always been more then accommodating. Our cars are always done fast and you can trust that they really care about doing good work. I have a problem with my engine where it burns oil very fast and Jeff is the only one who has been able to somewhat solve this issue for me. I always come here for not only oil changes but everything els. He will also check out everything for you too and make sure it all looks good.Our schedules are crazy and Jeff will get us in when he can , EVEN last minute most of the time (SO grateful) and usually has our car done in a day depending on what all needs to be done. Jeff is the only one I trust, I have had bad experiences at dealerships and other places. I will only come here and I recommend everyone to come here for all your car needs.”
