Great deal on a used Toyota Venza. They worked with me and fixed some minor cosmetic problems I noticed on the test drive before buying. Easy to work with and they were very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend looking here if you are in the market for a used car.

We went to test drive a vehicle we saw online. We loved it, and were ready to negotiate.... until the salesperson told us that someone had already put a deposit on it the night before.
Complete waste of our time.

I have too many nice things to say about David to write in this review. I've bought way more trucks in my time than I'd like to admit and my experience with David was by far the best I've ever had. It's not even close. He is a really nice and personable guy. He is the farthest thing from your average car salesman. I never felt pressured once. I had a really unique situation when I bought my truck and he helped make it happen every step of the way. He went way above and beyond what you would reasonably expect from a car salesman. I would recommend anyone and everyone go see what David has for sale before going anywhere else. I feel privileged to have met and done business with David.

Helped my daughter buy a car here and had a nice experience. They let us take the car for a few hours to be checked out by our mechanic in Snohomish (all was well), and helped to navigate the loan process for an older car through Seattle Credit Union even though it was closing time for SCU. Only problem, and one maybe they will remember after this, is that we were trying to keep my daughter's payments for a three year loan to under $150 and that couldn't happen with the amount I put down. Had I been told I should only put a certain amount down in order to keep my payments low, that woudl have been very helpful. Not really the car dealer's problem, but when dealing with someone in the evening and they can't talk to the people offering the loan, it woudl be good for the dealer to know these little "tricks" of the trades. Still, all-in-all, Brian and his son made our used car buying experience pleasant and low-stress. Thanks guys!

Our 16 yr old daughter was doing a lot of research for her first car. She had asked a lot of questions of many car owners. Only got one response & it was from this dealership. They are the best used car dealership we've worked with! (We have 4 kids & this was our last one!) Brian & David are friendly, relaxed, non-pushy guys. Let us take the vehicle our daughter was interested in for a drive & even to a local brake & tire center to have them check it out. On returning they have her a great deal, saying they'd fix the brake issue the center had found. Not only did they fix the issue, they also have her a brand new tire jack, jumper cables, & multi purpose tool on top of it all! The mechanic heard it was for a new driver & wanted to make sure she'd have everything she may need. Definitely recommend these guys! They understand budgets & do what they can to get you a great deal!

Extremely disappointed. I bought a lexus from them and it looks like they put sealant arond a broken pipe that has coolant running through and it worked for a bit and failed. 7k down the drain. If you are buying from them don't believe a word that they say. Take it to a Mechanic That has nothing to do with them. And check it out. They will not fix it and if they know about the problem they will not tell you about it. In short they're just dishonest people. I've been working on the Lexus that I bought for my kid for a week now. Drove the car for couple months before it broke down.
