Mike was patient and also accommodating. Helping both me and another man at the same time. I had shipped Christmas gifts home. When they arrived they were expertly packaged. No dents or breaking of glass! Thank you!

On October 20, 2023 The same individual who I heard complain about being so busy and I along with other customers was calling too much so he took it upon himself to hanged up in my face two weeks ago. He answers the phone today and places me on hold for a very long time. Over 30 minutes. That guy knows exactly who I am, and he is trying to outwait me. He hopes I hang up.No one checks on me or anything of course. This disgrace of a UPS store sent us another bill in the amount of $232.48 cents to return the items our customer refused because UPS was two days late!!!UPS corporate need to listen to the phone call at this store to hear how this young man handles customers. It's vile. We have not received our check that this store agreed to provide, and they charged us another $232.48 due to their inability to perform a job that they were paid to do. I will be making this public. Have you seen the reviews on the store at the location? When they called my boss, they had the audacity to request that I remove my review. I will not do no such thing! Everyone should know how incredibly inefficient, unprofessional, classless, disrespectful, and deployable the business practices are in that store and it is condoned at that UPS store by the Management. They are very much so aware.Do not send a representative from that store to contact us.We need action immediately from someone in the corporate office who can make a decision, who is providing a check, who actually going to do what they claim they are going to do.Texas Bearings of Dallas, Inc

Chargers to print labeling for packages. Came here because that didn’t used to be the case. It was over a dollar with two separate charges even with the label being paid by the company the package was being sent to.

The man who helped me was patient. I was not very organized & it took me a minute to get the email sent to him; he was very patient & kind to me, reassuring me for the whole time with his calm presence, and verbally reassuring me that UPS would handle my boxing & sending in my return. It was a large Scooter, and I was worried because there is no way I could’ve boxed it up myself. I so appreciated him being so professional while at the same time just being real.

the older white guy who works here is THE WORST. super rude, not helpful, clearly doesnt know how to user a computer, takes forever to do anything, and also overcharges. id literally rather drive to another location than interact with him.

Today, August 24th 2023, I dropped off a package to ship and forgot to write fragile on it. I tried to call them and ask if they could do that. The first time I called it just range for about a minute before they picked it up and when they did they just left the phone off the hook and didn’t actually answer my call. I could hear them working, I heard shuffling noises etc, and I yelled hello several times, but no one actually answered my call. I hing up and called back a few times only to get a busy line message. I waited about 20 minutes and called again, this time it just went to voicemail. I’m really upset, they were very helpful when I went into the store, but now I’m stressed out about the package getting damaged.

Got my kids’ passport photos taken here. Made an appointment for their passports, the passport agency denied the photos and told me to return them (ensuring me “they will give you a refund…. At least they should”). Had to purchase NEW passport photos for them during appointment, went back (far out of my way… and after FIVE STOPS because EVERYONE that does passport photos sends to always have a broken camera) to UPS STORE for refund… the guy took my photos and left a note for the manager ensuring me he will call me when he arrives at 11:30am. No one called. They took my photos I paid for. So now I don’t even have the pictures I PAID $35 for. No refund. What a rip off. Train your employees to take decent passport photos. In the end, i paid $70 for passport photos after making SEVEN STOPS, and even had the pictures that I can’t use confiscated.

The guys working at this location today @ 2:15pm were the friendliest and most helpful employees I have ever dealt with. Especially since I ended up being sent a FedEx shipping label and was unable to use UPS services. They still were knowledgeable and had all my questions answered in just a couple minutes. You know who you are, YOU ROCK ?
