This specific ups location screwed me so bad! I ordered a new iphone for my self for my birthday and have been working overtime and dont get home until after 7pm. Ups tried to deliver my package at 4:40pm and i answered on my doorbell camera and ask the driver to come back and he just walked away and didnt say anything. Now ups is holding my package for pick up and there pick up location closes at 5:30. I cant make to there in time to pick it up. I went back n forth with them for 2 days talked to 4 different people trying to find a solution and came to the conclusion that i will never use ups again!

Doesn’t ship Amazon returns, only ships if it’s already packaged and has label on it.

This happened a month ago, and the terrible experience still bothered me enough so that I'm writing this review now. I ship with both UPS and USPS for my business. I came in to drop off 5 pre-paid packages to this store on a weekend. Everyone there has always been friendly to myself and others based on multiple past experiences. There's one guy in particular, a little on the tallish side, white, skinny, dark hair and wears a hat. He's the reason for his review and why I won't be doing business at this store any longer. I wouldn't even trust dropping off packages here after all the negative reviews I read on Yelp. Here's how the conversation went. Me: "Hi. Do you guys take USPS packages?" Him: "We usually would have to charge $1 for each, but today I won't charge you." Me: "Okay, thank you! I have five in my car, I'll be right back." I walk out to grab 5 12x14x6 boxes (approx. 2 lbs ea) from my car all in one trip and carried them to the store. Him: "We can't take those. We would have to charge you if you leave more than one."Me: "Okay, well... can I just leave one?" Him: "Why would you leave one. Haha, why don't you just take them all with you." Me: "Okay whatever I'll just deal with it" Him: "OKAY HAVE A GREAT DAY!" In an extremely snarky voice. I leave to go back to my car with the high stack of packages. I never had this experience before. This isn't about the money at all, $5 is nothing. The attitude of this guy was absolutely unnecessary and bad enough that a month later, I decided to write this review. I wouldn't trust to leave any packages with him after that. If I knew his name, I'd add it here. The moral of the story is an employee completely lying to a customer and being immature about the situation instead of fixing his mistake.

The manager Gill is a scum bag. Don't trust him or his business. Told me I'd get a refund on my next day air but then never is at the UPS location in order to get me my refund. Been waiting on my 200$ refund for a month now. Many things wrong with this place. Wouldn't be surprised if it got shut down. One of his workers told me there not allowed breaks?

If I could give zero stars I would. I sent two files 3 times and it was your system that wasn't receiving it properly not me sending the wrong file. I waited for a good 20 minutes to resend it and by the time I sent the third try I had already spent $12 and I was fed up with the system not the employees and I said I'd go somewhere else and one of the employees said "great have a nice day" and as I walked out he yelled "next time send the right thing" thinking I wouldn't hear but I did (I was with my toddler) and I went right back in and said I did and that it was your system. So I hope whoever he is sees this and feels like a complete idiot because I was irritated at the system never at employees.

I honestly don’t know how this company survives. This is truly the worst shipping company your guy are worse than trash. At least you can recycle trash and make something new. Can’t do anything with UPSHorrible everything

Attention to detail matters in this type of business. You won't find it here. They have recently delivered to me a package that was intended for another box-holder (Did they read the shipping label on that package?) and completely lost a package that was delivered there for me. I am seriously considering not renewing my box, even though changing mailing addresses would be difficult.

Every time I walk into this store it's a complete joke. There is always one sweet young kid working his/her butt off and 2 older employees sitting in the back. Today a woman was sitting there at a computer. Looked right at me and didn't even say, hi or let us people in line know someone would be with us soon. So rude!

I had to wait a while because many people were in line ahead of me complaining about the printing fee. I don't want to support a business that has to nickle and dime a customer. $2.99 to print a label! Thats improper pricing to say the least. Charging for an envelope and the label was about 10 dollars to return something that was 14.99 really was not worth it. I told them I'll take my business elsewhere.I'm looking for better free or cheap places to make returns.

Every time a delivery is made from Nordstrom's, the driver makes no effort to knock on the door nor to ring the doorbell. He simply leaves a notice for us to pick up packages at the UPS access point 4 miles away. The first few times we gave it a pass, but we've had enough. We'll not shop at places that use UPS for delivery if it can be helped.
