Wonderful experience and staff is hardworking plus professional. I had to do some prints in emergency for my meeting and they exceed my expectations and offered much better option to accomplish what was needed.

I have been with this UPS store #25 for many years! I have to say it's the best store ever I have had. I get my mail and send mail and grab boxes for moving. Management is like family here and I plan not to go anywhere for a long while. Thanks UPS store of Everett on Evergreen & Everett Mall Way. Ur the best!!! A+ , 5 stars the whole 9 yards cause u have made my life easier with all ur support and help threwout the yrs! Keep up the great work guys! Awesome team work and friendly smiles everytime! Who wouldn't want to have their mail sent there everyday is the real question! The again and love the Manager there, he is the greatest and I won't be going anywhere else! :)

I have been to this UPS store's several times in the last 3 weeks. I had packages to return and I had shredding. Every time they were so helpful and very patient with me. Electronics are not my forte. The staff is friendly the place is clean. This will be the only UPS store I will go to

I am going to try to contact corporate to complain about this store. I have use this place sometime for Amazon return and kept getting charge by Amazon for not receiving items even though the status said dropped off and picked up. Recently, I sent in a trade in phone and the phone company said when they received the delivery, they opened the box, it was empty. So now I am being charged for the phone I sent in. I have requested investigation and still waiting for result. I really hope they will take care of this because I will be charged for $500 for not returning the phone. Though I don't know how I would being charged if shipping is the issue and the shipping label should have insurance. I won't use this place again.

I dropped off a package to be returned and the employee was frustrated and rude because it didn’t have tape. I explained that that’s how the package shipped and that I followed the directions for the return but would put tape in the future. She was unhappy with my answer and kept saying “I’m telling you to put tape” in a loud and stern voice. The situation was uncomfortable.
