My husband and I are thrilled by our new solar system. We have been working with United Solar since November on a large project–a ground mount with 20 xl panels, a 200 foot trench for the conduit, a battery back-up system with a generator charging option, and a new high tech inverter. Our goal was to be more energy independent and prepared for outages.Because it was a large project, we interacted with a TON of people, and every single person that came to our house, every subcontractor, electrician, solar designer, and even the contractors digging the trench were AMAZING. I would be remiss, however, if I did not mention Aslan specifically. It was a long project, with about a million details floating around, and we would have been really overwhelmed by it all, but Aslan, who was our customer service connection to United, was unbelievably helpful. I think I would have lost my mind with him. We texted about project details almost daily. Whenever there was an issue, either big or small, he took care of it. Once, he came to the house to wait for the inspector because no one else could be there and he didn’t want any delays. While he was there waiting for the inspector, he fixed a section of our brick path that the contractors didn’t finish. Another time, the wire screen that we had to install to protect the panels from rodents was sitting in a kind of ugly way. I just mentioned it to him, and the next time I came home from work it was fixed. It was really helpful to have one contact for everything that could just get stuff done. Aslan really took the pressure off me and my husband, and when we’re investing our money on a project like this, that is really essential. I cannot thank United Solar enough. It was a wonderful experience.

Friendly, Knowledgable and Quality teamI had been looking at getting a solar + battery system in my house for a few years. I talked to about 5 installers during this time and didn't feel comfortable with any of the bids I had received and had decided I was going to subcontract out the work with my own design. As I was getting ready to design my system I saw that united solar was a newish company that was certified to install sol ark.I contacted united solar and they really knew the ins and outs of all the technical aspects of solar. They were very friendly and spent a lot of time ensuring that I understood how the system would function so that I would not be disappointed - including but not limited to discussing how it would work in a backup with my heat pump, water heater, and any future expansions. I settled on a sol ark 15k, a 6kW DC solar array (will later expand to 19kW through their diy assistance) and a 24kWh battery.The install got off to a rough scheduling start due to a few surprise weather incidents but the work quality is top-notch and Aslan was very helpful at keeping us updated with respect to the delays and who was going to be showing up and when. We ended up doing a change order midway through and he made it very simple. Everything passed inspection the first time and it has been operating for a month flawlessly. They have done a great job remaining in contact with me during the process and always are happy to answer my technical questions even if it requires some research. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would love to work with them again.

United Solar helped me with so much more than Solar. We are updating our new home (new to us at least, lol) and needed a new breaker box, new wiring, new lighting, and I wanted solar alo. United Solar completed the solar project with a Span smart panel installation with their installation partner who also provided all the other electric and wiring work I needed. I was having a hard time finding an electrician that would even show up for an estimate before and the ones that did were nuts on the price I talked to United Solar and had their guys do the inside work that needed to get done, and now my home remodel is almost complete and the solar is producing. Would 100% recommend United Solar especially if you have more home remodeling needs than just solar.

We were looking to do a basic bathroom remodel and discovered United Signature by accident while viewing tile at a nearby store. I was happy to discover they, unlike other builders we had found, were turnkey and could help us in all stages of the process. Their design work was esp helpful. Communications and meetings with the designer Natasha and owner Oleg were professional and their response times were very good. As the project was under way we had minor modifications to make along the way (swapping tile styles) and they accommodated our changes with no issues. Craftsmanship of the finished bathroom is top notch and we are quite pleased. I'd use them again.

United Signature took care of my 1960's home renovations. They did a fantastic job overall, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. They were very attentive to what I wanted for the home, and very flexible when it came to negotiating the budget for the project. If I wanted to save money and do some of the work myself, they were willing to work with me to bring down the price and set the right expectations for what was to be done. While the construction was underway, there were things I wanted to add or remove from the scope of the project, and they were happy to adjust the work accordingly. In the end, the quality of their work was superb and very fairly priced (not the most expensive contractors, but also not the cheapest). They didn't do any shoddy work or left anything unfinished. There were some surprises along the way as with any large project, but they were attentive to making things right at no extra cost to me. I'm very happy about that. As for the time it took to complete the project, they were a bit too optimistic with their initial projections. However, there were global issues going on at the time (COVID, supply chain problems, etc), so it was understandable. Regardless, I'm satisfied with how they managed the time and schedule. The scope of my project consisted of about 1300 sq ft of remodeled space, including a master suite and bathroom, kitchen, living room, staircase. The work included all new LVP flooring, baseboards, total kitchen gut with new cabinets and quartz counters, fireplace tiling, staircase guardrails, tearing down and replacing walls to adjust spaces and create an open concept (including reinforcing the truss structures in the attic), total master bathroom redesign including plumbing, vanity, and tiling; new wall and ceiling paint, replaced interior doors. Their in-house design team is very talented, and they helped me pick out all the right details to create a vision for the whole house aesthetic. I'm very pleased with the result, and glad I could trust United Signature to literally transform my home.

United Signature was wonderful in their onboarding process and I will definitely consider them again for another home renovation project. I decided to go with United Signature to remodel my primary bathroom after interviewing several companies for the project. Their professionalism and transparency is what stood out to me and was the ultimate consideration factor. They provided me with an itemized quote and also had a show room where we were able to select what material what we liked. After ordering the materials, they were able to provide me with an estimate on when the project could be completed. The contractor arrived and worked on our bathroom for a month. They did a great job and showed up to ensure our project was completed on time, I will definitely use them in the future!
