Garret is great, everyone else sucks. Picked up the truck on empty, so they told me to fill it to a quarter tank and I'd be reimbursed ($40). I worked with 3 different guys to get my reimbursement, and finally Garrett was able to help me almost a week later.

Well, I reserved a truck and tow dolly a month before moving out of state, the day before my move I was told they didn't have a tow dolly , so ended up spending over 8 hours talking with 12 different customer service reps who kept messing up my order for the dolly (like setting it as a pickup 45 miles north for a 1 day return), finally ended up getting the dolly 20 miles north (when I am traveling south). Came to pickup the truck and it is on empty because as the GM told me, "The gas keeps getting syphoned at night", so now I will have to put at least 1 additional tank in it just to get on the road. Will never use U-Haul again

The Indian lady behind the counter was rude. Her customer service skills are nonexistent. I told her why we were there and she took other customers before us. I had a much better experience at the other location on Evergreen Way!They didn't even do the truck inspection with us. Just handed us the key and showed us where the truck was.Shut this location down and open it somewhere less ghetto and with better customer service.

Between the owner/employees shouting match with other customers, one listening to music the other on Bluetooth call and getting shouted at for trying to pick up my reservation I cannot recommend going here.

I am not sure why U-Haul continues to allow the manager(J.S) to be in his position. The gentleman with the tatoos on his neck. Its clear this guy has been allowed a "second chance" but he has missed it on respecting that grace given. Completely rude-demonstrates that he and his matters are way more important than serving the customer. He had an anger fit because he was asked to serve the customer. He is bad news for the reputation of this U-Haul location. Any good company/manager would train his other employees to fill propane containers. He is the only one trained to do so-and rude all the way while doing it. I will not come back here-don't recommend it to any one else either.

I go here to fill my propane tanks. It's a heck of a lot cheaper than exchanging them, plus they completely fill the tanks, so you betcha it's a good gosh darn value!

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Park your car at the back of the building.

Although national U-Haul customer service DOES allow for rental of moving blankets, local (Seattle area) stores DO NOT. They are only given out if one rents a truck, etc. Fortunately, when I arrived at the Everett store to pick up our initial rental blankets and presented my reservation paperwork to the girl, she chose to honor the national policy over the local store policy. I appreciated her common sense and good customer service. However, when I returned to rent 5 more bags of blankets the store would not accommodate our request. U-Haul national customer service even went so far as to contact the "District Manager" but she also refused the additional blankets because "they weren't supposed to rent them". I am a retired corporate manager so have some experience with the disconnect between national policies and those of local retail stores. It does not benefit the company or customers not to be consistent. When we made our reservations, we were treated with a national policy but then when we arrived at the store, we experienced inflexibility on a local level. U-Haul needs to improve or else their reputation and service record will continue to be extremely poor.

Rental was easy, and I checked in and later checked out in 2 minutes. The staff were friendly and gracious. I will rent here again when I need a U-Haul van.

I have been to this location several times and have always received excellent service. The people are knowledgeable and friendly in a very difficult business.

U-Haul (trying to compete with the oil companies) If you like playing their "fuel game" go ahead, jump in with both feet. I bring the truck back with the mileage guesstimator showing the same amount of miles left as when I received it and they threatened to put in another gallon of gas at $60.00. Hence my last time. They have driven me to check out the competition.

Harley Johnson doesn't call her customers back who are upset and looking for a solution when UHaul cannot guarantee a vehicle reserved 3 weeks in advance (they even provide you a reservation number which is pointless). UHaul is the worst.

Very helpful owner here and made sure to safely secure the uhaul as well as set up the most convenient plan traveling out of state that saved me $$. I was nervous with the area being a little sketchy but very great service. Thank you!

Don't waste your time or money here. I should've looked at the reviews of this location before making the appointment. RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE. Don't bother calling, you get pushed to a call center that plays middle man for you. These people suck at communication. They say they'll call you and they don't. The general manager is very rude and doesn't care for customer service at all. I made an appointment online for a hitch installation, only availability was 1.5weeks out. No problem, I'll wait another couple of days. Fast forward to appointment date, received an unprofessional text message that I dismissed as a spam text. No way to tell that it was actually from Uhaul. (No reservation number or anything. Just a simple text stating they hadn't received the hitch yet). I prefer a phone call over a text that doesn't seem legitimate. Waited a whole other week after my original date for them to finally receive the hitch for installation. Day of drop off /installation: The general manager,Christina, told me that she would call me when my car is ready. I never received a call. Instead I received a text and an email 15 minutes before closing time. I live 25mins away. I hurry over there And I'm not able to get my car back because I didn't get there at 7pm, instead I get there at 7:08pm. I'll have to come back tomorrow to get my car. What a waste of time and energy. My biggest complaint, DONT TELL A CUSTOMER YOURE GOING TO CALL THEM AND NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. I understand that I received a text and an email, however I wasn't waiting for a text or email notification. I was waiting for the phone call you said you would give me.
