Rued customer service and an appropriate charge

Hard to find a truck on the particular weekend we needed it. That was unusual so I can't blame them, however, they were not upfront about their fees AGAIN! If you are going to charge a base rate of 150 miles, just say so. Disappointing.

20' Truck was available as reserved. Truck smelled pretty fishy, but was in decent shape and the lady who assisted me with my reservation was great! She even included moving blankets and a dolly for free, not that I needed them. No issues with the rental, would recommend this location.Word of warning - if you're in a hurry, do not fuel up at the Food Mart / SAS gas station down the street at the end of your rental. It is tiny (hard to maneuver), and you can't pay at the pump - in fact you have to pay with your credit card, then go back in and ask for a cash refund for any amount you didn't use (?!?)

I’m not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. The manager was very professional, and followed up with all my questions and concerns. She made sure to remind me if I didn’t bring the truck back with the same gas level, or if I went past the expected miles, I was going to get some fees added. It’s in the contract you signed for.The office was so convenient and easy to find. Taking out the truck and returning it was a very smooth process. I’ll return again next time I need a rental.

If I could rate then a -100, I would. They're terrible at doing business. I made a reservation 3 weeks ago for their largest truck. Reservations in the U-Haul don't mean anything. I received a text message offering to haul something from point A to B and get a credit on A DIFFERENT VEHICLE THAN WHAT I RESERVED. I spoke to a young lady named Kirna, which I could not understand a word she was saying. She didn't want to give me her name at first, until I had her spell it. I requested to the manager and she said that Harley Johnson was not in the office. I called again their 1-800 number. A lady answered, who had a terrible attitude and said that someone had called me to tell me that my "reservation" had changed. I informed her that this wasn't the case, that all was discussed was going up to 20 miles to pick up a truck. She had a terrible customer service approach, stating she was from Sales, and transferred me to the scheduling office in Everett. She transferred me to that office and I spoke with Amy. Amy reiterated again that someone had confirmed the change via phone with me. I told her I wouldn't be calling if I wasn't surprised by this information (they changed my reservation without notification from a 26 foot truck to a 20 foot truck). I asked to speak to the manager and she said Harley was on her lunch. Please know 30 minutes have gone by and no one has called. They don't care and are terrible at customer service. Not even a single call for apology. You deserve to be out of business, and I will make sure to inform the companies I do business with to not do business with you - because you cannot even hold a reservation. YOU ARE THE WORST! HARLEY JOHNSON never returned my call.

Careful, you'll get hit with that charge and this charge..and the gas wasn't full like I had it filled but that's o.k...I didn't say anything, I just wanted you roll with it and write this review... worth the $20.. total extra charges..10 for insurance and 10 extra for you doing your job to do an inspection..or and the bonus for driving an extra mile or 2 and having the Van for extra 20 mins...good luck bud

Was able to rent a 17 foot truck with no problems. Is a good place to rent trucks and Van's of various sizes for moving.

I rented a Uhaul truck from them couple weeks ago and it was the best costumer service experience I had with a U-Haul dealer.

Sheryl was rude and had very bad customer service she informed me wrong information about the cost and when I tried to correct her or say what I thought it was going to be she just dismissed me instantly. but when we went to an alternate Uhaul they were excellent there and love them.

Horrible customer service I refuse to research nearby location seeing if there is a bigger truck available also the pan I borrow she asked for back very disrespectful I can see that other customers have had the same problem I would not come to this location horrible customer service

Extremely disappointed with they level of customer service. Reserved a unit online and showed up on the date selected. The front desk person had lost my paperwork and basically brushed me off stating I should come in the next day and talk to the manager. Did not offer any solutions and the fact I had lined up people to help move that day was now useless. I called the manager the next day as directed by front desk girl stating I was disappointing with the previous interaction but was looking for a solution. She put me "on hold" stating she was helping other customers. She didn't put on the mute and proceeded to spend the next 5 minutes talking to a customer about an rv and their dog while I was on hold. Eventually the manager hung up on me requiring me to call back. She was not helpful. Did not offer any help in resolving my issue. Don't waste your time with these people who don't care about new customers.
