We rented on the app for pick up the next day at uhaul of Everett. They parked the trucks so the one we were assigned (the only one with keys in a lock box for us) was parked behind another truck and blocked in. We ended up being passed around on the phone from person to person none of which knew where to send us because the store wasn't open yet. After about 30 minutes someone was able to get us a different truck that was super dirty and covered in ice. We're going to try to avoid renting from them again.

Garret is great, everyone else sucks. Picked up the truck on empty, so they told me to fill it to a quarter tank and I'd be reimbursed ($40). I worked with 3 different guys to get my reimbursement, and finally Garrett was able to help me almost a week later.

I super appreciate Dakota going above and beyond changing my reservation (I went to the wrong location) 20 minutes before close. She was positive, upbeat, considerate, and deserving of high levels of compensation for her professionalism.

Cashier didn’t want to be bothered to rent a van from the lot because someone else didn’t want to put gas in the tank. But they were also not willing to let me rent it and fill it myself just as I would have needed to anyway. The other two vans on the lot were allegedly reserved although their website was still showing more than one van available online with a $50 reservation guarantee.So long story short, I finished the reservation from my car, and I sent my partner back in to collect a van or a credit. Suddenly the owner appeared, willing to negotiate, and ended up letting us take one on empty after all.When we came back with the rental a few hours later, we had to hunt down someone inside to check it back in. The person at the counter with no line tried to direct us back outside to the drop off where there was still nobody to help. We let the cashier know we were giving them the key now, and simply left.And not only were the two “reserved” vans still on the lot as we left, there was actually one more than when we originally arrived.I don’t know how this even functions as a business model.

Mobile options and price were great, but it was a very clunky experience. Had to walk and park in a Big Lots parking lot since no parking was available. Mobile check in was ok except didn't say where to get keys and had to go inside anyways in the end. It felt like more work than dealing with a person would have been. I had to take a bunch of pictures. Returning the equipment after hours gave no instructions about returning the keys. There was a night box I found, but it was locked with a web address saying it would give me a code, but instead just directed me to the mobile app which was already complete. Had to take the keys with me and come back when they opened to drop them off. Then the lady at the counter made me wait in line to hand them over and acted like I didn't know how to operate the lock box until they saw it didn't have batteries in it.

The employee, Dakota, was incredibly nice, helpful, and explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. Could've spent all day there if I had to! Such a great employee.

Well, I reserved a truck and tow dolly a month before moving out of state, the day before my move I was told they didn't have a tow dolly , so ended up spending over 8 hours talking with 12 different customer service reps who kept messing up my order for the dolly (like setting it as a pickup 45 miles north for a 1 day return), finally ended up getting the dolly 20 miles north (when I am traveling south). Came to pickup the truck and it is on empty because as the GM told me, "The gas keeps getting syphoned at night", so now I will have to put at least 1 additional tank in it just to get on the road. Will never use U-Haul again

Thank you Dakota for the great customer service! The line was long, you were the only one at the front and the phone wouldn’t stop ringing. You kept a level head and treated each customer waiting with attentive listening and each person was taken care of (including myself) one after another. Thank you for starting my day off great!

This location was greatOn the other had as a company this rental was a nightmare no one knows where equipment is and you try to rent equipment that is totaled. Over all your local staff was great but your company has lost its way and needs to be restructured
