“When I had a jetta, this was my mechanic shop! They were AMAZING TO ME! ANNNND TOLD THE TRUTH! I was told by the VW dealer that my car frame was messed up and all these issues so when I came here I told them all about it but was confused on how there was frame damage when the car hasn't been hit or anything. BUT this place did a fill inspection and confirmed that my car's frame was fine. They fixed all the minor issues and explained to me in full detail what all they did, how I can fix or prevent future issues and everything else. This place was amazing and made me feel way better after being so open with me. Their communication skills are fantastic AND ALSO! Everything was affordable!! The dealership wanted to charge me $700 plus for the repairs. At this shop, $125. WOW! if you have a German car, I HIGHLY recommend this shop!”

“I have been doing business with ONB for 12+ years. They are the only shop I will let touch my Ford F150. Recently the passenger window failed, (unfortunately in the open position).
Anyway, I called, Abby said come on by. These pros got me for an est., That Day and an appointment the next day.

“We’ve been bringing our cars to Mark and the team at Z Sport for over 20 years. Of course, they always fix them. But what’s really impressive is they go beyond just the reason you’ve brought the car in (today was an oil change), and check other things (like tire tread) to ensure their customers stay safe. They’re extremely knowledgeable and are more than happy to share their knowledge. In fact I just listened to Mark talk with a customer for 20 minutes about general car maintenance, the best and worst cars for repairs, the importance of proactive maintenance, etc. The waiting room is comfy, the restroom is spotless, and the Keurig pods are plenty!”

Coming in feels like I’m taking my car in to a long-time friend. Auto-anything is not my strength and the staff always takes time to explain what’s going on (without talking down to me). They give me options that make sense and work with my situation. They’re honest and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. And how cool is it they’re local and woman-owned! “We have been coming here for 10+ years and Jeff has always been more then accommodating. Our cars are always done fast and you can trust that they really care about doing good work. I have a problem with my engine where it burns oil very fast and Jeff is the only one who has been able to somewhat solve this issue for me. I always come here for not only oil changes but everything els. He will also check out everything for you too and make sure it all looks good.Our schedules are crazy and Jeff will get us in when he can , EVEN last minute most of the time (SO grateful) and usually has our car done in a day depending on what all needs to be done. Jeff is the only one I trust, I have had bad experiences at dealerships and other places. I will only come here and I recommend everyone to come here for all your car needs.”

“I have been going to Jim for several years based on a co-workers recommendation. Each time I walk away respecting him more, and wanting to hang out with him! He is honest and has never recommended unnecessary repairs, in fact once he told me I still had several months left on my brakes and to hold off. On one of the visits he saved me thousands of dollars (approx $8k) by identifying there was something wrong with my transmission and recommended I take it into the dealership because it was still under warranty. Sure enough, there was a huge issue. I've recommended him to all my friends and family and they are just as impressed. Jim is the absolute best.
