As a guy who likes to sneak in for a quick trim and cut these ladies always seem to find time to sneak me into or between their appointments which always makes my day they also do a great job cutting my hair which is why I always go back. I Do not recommend. They lie about doing gel X nails. They don’t do a good job, Also the nail techs are rude. I get a sense that they don’t like dark skin Asians like myself.

My mom use to cut my hair but due to age, carpal tunnel and 3000 mile distance I come here. Mein is very methodical and takes her time when shaping my horse hair and after many years of keeping this secret ... I have to give her the props.

They did a horrible job on my shellac manicure. I was not impressed. She also used way too much oil and no lotion for the massage. Super disappointed

I had always been a huge fan of this place. The results were OK. But the customer service was unlike anything I've experienced anywhere else. This place has changed over the last few years, and not for the better. Was needing to get a treatment done that needed at least two hours. Never have I been rushed out like a piece of meat. When customers started coming in they decided not to ask people to come back later, but were trying to accommodate everyone with very limited staff. Sorry, but I don't appreciate being treated like a piece of meat, am more than happy to take my money someplace else and pay more if need be for better customer service. I'm financially able to go some place else, I only come here because in the past they have always done good work, I had always tipped them very generously (over $100.00) and there wasn't any problems. That has changed. There was one staff member whom I will not name, with rough hands and it was clear she was in a hurry to get me out of there so they could get to everyone. I understand what customer service is about, I have worked in a related industry for over 20 years. If it were not for this person I would not be leaving this review. Sad!
