This is the only place I've ever been to in the area that doesn't grind my nails to where i feel like I'm being burned. They also ALWAYS do an amazing job. They are kind enough to always go above and beyond, even by making recommendations for nail colors that compliment my skintone.
Only place to go!!!

Came here for my birthday and the service was pretty good, no complaints. I got complimentary water, and I believe Huong was my nail tech. She did a great job on my nails! I'll definitely be coming back.

I got the signature pedicure with paraffin today, it was the best pedicure I have ever gotten. The scrub was amazing & the foot/leg massage was amazing. I am pregnant so this was very much needed!

My wife used to drive 30 minutes away to a salon in Bothell that she really liked, but they got popular and raised their prices so much that she wasn’t willing to make the drive anymore. We found Tommy’s and a gentleman named Jack who has been doing her nails for a much more reasonable price he does them quickly he does them well you can usually get an appointment. So we , lol she now recommends Tommy’s as the are quick and do good work at a fair price.

I always come back to these guys because they're the ones with the best customer service in my opinion. They don't make me feel like they're talking about me when I walk in like other places do " Bella Nails , Queen Nails & Nova Lounge" have all made it obvious that they were making shady comments in their own language whenever I was given to one of their workers to be dealt with. Not to mention, they try to speed up their work to get as much clients done so they can get more money. Here at Tommy's, I notice they pay attention to detail, they always ask if you like their work, they take their time with your feet . In general, Tommy & his coworkers here are very genuine & friendly. Their prices never change & are very reasonable. Even with inflation, I feel like I've been paying the same thing for every pedicure, full set & eyebrow wax I get from Here - and I've been coming here since 2022.

Was having some issues with the nail shop by my house and tend to go to in Lake Stevens. Lately, it seems customer service has suffered. I started looking for a new nail shop and found Tommy Barber and Nail Spa. They absolutely did an amazing job. I think I found my new nail shop. The nail shop is located in strip mall not too far from 41st St. off of Evergreen Way. If you're not using your GPS, you may almost miss it. They were on time, did a great job and there was online booking!

I wish I could say I love this place but today will be the last time I’m coming here. They do beautiful nails but their customer service isn’t vey good. They’re always talking either to each other or on their phones while they’re doing my nails and it’s very distracting. Also one of the nail techs seemed offended when I told them I changed my mind on getting a design and kept asking me over and over, “Why don’t you want a design? What’s wrong with our designs?” They kept being super pushy about it and it really irked me. I was also laughed at and treated rudely when I told them they placed my gems in the wrong place. Lastly they had the nerve to ask me why I like to make my appointments so late…. like what? Um yeah sorry to say but I would rather go somewhere a little bit more professional. For $70 I expect to have a nice relaxing experience. This place was not it.

I came in for a set of Christmas nails in December, no appointment. I was taken in as a walk-in and seated immediately, and anyone else who walked through the door was as well with 2-3 people working they had about 7 customers maybe 2 with appointments and only said a 15 minute wait for them. So they would switch off on people's nails. I was getting a full set of acrylics with design so I knew I'd be there awhile. One man glued the acrylics on and started filing then just got up and started working on someone else's nails. Then the music turned off for about 30 minutes so I was just sitting there for a few minutes until a woman came over and started filing as well but not speaking to me. After about 15 minutes the man came back and finished but was focused on other people and kept getting up or stopping. I understand wanting to get as many people in the door as possible but give realistic wait times so you as a worker aren't overwhelmed. My nails turned out beautiful but with the service I felt like I was in the way and not sure if I'd go back to give them another chance...

Terrible pedicure!!
Rushed it , forgot to put wax, wasn’t attentive to detail.
Go find a better place where they want to spend time and actually appreciate and love what they do .
Requested he was too busy didn’t say a word to us .
Give us a cute little Christmas gift, the bunch of coffee and a goodie bag. That was a nice jester, but I will not be returning.
