“Literally the best customer service I’ve ever had. I never write reviews, but I had to this time. We blew a tire heading up I5 and they had us fixed and back on the road in an hour and a half for $12. Incredible. We also had a bunch of stuff piled in the trunk so access was blocked to our spare tire. Not only was this not a problem, they repacked everything in a more organized way! 15/10 best customer service I’ve ever had.”
“I had gotten to Les Schwab at 3:50p.m. and was out of the shop by 4:08p.m.. as just a walk-in, first-time customer! Being a new car owner, I really did not know where to go when my air pressure on one of my tires kept popping up, but I decided to check out Les Schwab since I had heard of their company before. Ryan was fast to help me when I walked in, and was thorough in explaining everything to me, including the cause of my low air pressure (it was a screw), and patched up my flat tire free of charge (which as he taught me, apparently all flat tire repairs/replacements are free- it blew my mind!)! To say the least, I was left more than satisfied in knowing where to go whenever I have a flat tire again. The service was fast, Ryan was super kind and helpful, and as I said- it was free of charge! Thank you again, Ryan, for helping me out and giving me peace of mind in this matter as a new car owner! :)”
