I've come in twice for a handful of bolts and both times the folks there are friendly and quick to help. Substantially better than hunting through mostly empty trays at the local hardware stores.

They had the unusual part that I needed and gave me information on where I could rent or borrow the tool that it will take to install it. They were very helpful in the South Everett store location. Plenty of parking on the south side of Airport Rd.

I drive out here to give them business whenever possible because it's really nice to be able to go somewhere and find a special bolt or screw that you need. The workers are all super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful.
