Arrived to pick up a customers order in the drive-thru. Staff states "All pickups are inside the lobby, which is open until 1am." I go inside to pick up the order and ask to use the restroom. Staff states, "Sorry the lobby is closed so I can let you use it."Its incredibly unprofessional to tell me the lobby is open for pickups, yet simultaneously closed so I can't even use the restroom.I'm never returning to this location for any pickups. That was absolutely ridiculous.

The food was amazing! Nice place to go!Vegetarian options: There is a filter to turn on the vegetarian options, but if you don't eat egg you need to check on the website nutritional info

Ordered 2 of the Cantina Chicken Burritos, and there was 2 tiny pieces of chicken in them. For $7, terrible. Had already hit the highway or I would have went back. 1 star for food. Staff was nice, not other complaints.

The kid at window was great but the fact that they literally gave me a crunch wrap supreme with no meat, literally, and hardly any sour cream, I didn't feel like paying for *extra* meat and *extra* sourcream, paying almost double, for a tiny couple crumbles of tiny bits of their rehydrated beef... absolutely ridiculous. Not going to taco bell ever again. At least at taco time I could get real chicken breast and ranch soft taco for same price as a crunchwrap with *double meat... double nothing is still nothing... anyways

As we were pulling up to drive through, someone was urinating in the front flower bed. We ate in the car in the parking lot and had 3 homeless people come ask us for money for a quick hit. We offered them food they denied it.

Food is alright. Service is faster for drive-through vs. mobile pickup or walk-in order. Atmosphere is rushed.

We live near by and stopped going to Taco Bell for quite a while as the drive-thru line was always super long and service was slow. However, we have returned and it's completely different. The line moves fast and the staff at the window are always great and we have never have had an issue with order accuracy.

So far this is my favorite Taco Bell location in Everett. Food is mostly consistent not skimpy or reduced portions like I’ve experienced at other TB locations in Everett.In our busy lives here in Everett. We enjoy a lot of Taco Bell. This location is the least likely to disappoint.Getting my breakfast burritos in the morning I usually see Nick at the window and he is always friendly and seems like a guy dedicated to great service.

Customer service at this taco bell is always friendly and they are nice and professional.I've never had my order messed up at this taco bell. When I order sour cream it's actually on my food.Prefer this Everett location to others.

I do like to come here occasionally and over all everything has been smooth. Other times they forget your food that's why I only rate 3 stars not bad service but frequently forgets food .

Got a mobile order and went through the drive thru and they forgot one of my items. Instead of just giving me the item they had me get back in the drive thru line and wait an extra 10 minutes instead of solving the problem in 1 minute.

Multiple health violations. Crew does not seemed engaged with customers. I order vegan crunchwrap and when i got home it was beef.
