The store manager threatened me and told me to come to counter if I wanted his name. He told me to get out of his store if I didn’t like his answer and that I didn’t have to be rude. For the record, I wasn’t rude, I just asked for my equipment back to I could go and that I was in a hurry. I later found out his name is Travis. I would advise not going to this location.

Went in to upgrade phones and was given misinformation about adding a line and a work discount. Made the changes, found I didn't qualify, but by then had lost grandfathered plan. Later learned we had also been misled by trade-in terms which would have cost hundreds. Stay away from this location!

Their “ex employee”s dishonesty raised my bill by $10/month and the new management don’t want to put any effort on fixing it. Very unfair to a consumer. Xfinity mobile service right now might be to consider for us. Cheaper too.

Absolute scam. They claim there is a 15 trial. There isn't. Returned a device that didn't work within the 15 days, proof of shipment made on the 7th day after receiving the device (same day they sent me the return label), and they billed me two months of service after 8 calls to the techs that consistently said "don't worry - I assure you this is taken care of." Received a lovely letter from collections demanding payment for a device that never worked and I returned. Very frustrating and incredibly disappointing.

I had gone in to order a new S7 FE tablet because there was a T-Mobile offer on it. Originally the person who helped me did not complete my order with shipping the tablet (even though they said they did) and only added the extra line. When I never received the required documents via email, I called and Dante asked me to come in to make it right.I went in today and Dante was so great at calling the help line and figuring out what had happened and correctly ordered the tablet so it would ship to my house. He was great and super helpful!

Don't waste your time at this location. T-Mobile is a great company but the employees at this store are grossly uneducated and unaware of what they are selling you.I came in to add a line to my account. I was informed that because I was military I was eligible for a promotion where I would get a second line for free, no charges. I didn't need the line.... But the guy upsold me on it with the promise that it would never be on my bill.Low and behold, my next bill I have charges for two additional lines.I went to an actual T-Mobile location and the employee warned me that this location is an authorized retailer and not as good. She pulled up the agreement of the promotion I was sold and sure enough it says in plain print that military plans are NOT eligible for this promotion. I was blatantly upsold on something I didn't even qualify for. This is something the employee should be very well aware of.Now I've been on hold with T-Mobile trying to get to this line cancelled and my statement credited for this line that I never should have been sold.Go to an actual T-Mobile store!! Alderwood mall location is an actual store. Not this one.

I am so disappointed to be writing this review. Typically I wouldn't even do this. I think the better thing is to have conversation face to face. But that's the problem. They won't have any conversation. I can't think of another way to do this. I have been a long time customer of t-mobile. But this t-mobile store has been led by employees who have no integrity, and no character. They were dishonest. They are quick to promise help, but then their "help" is just a choice to not call back. Their manager Jesse is unqualified to be a manager and lacks both character and integrity. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this t-mobile location and ANY mobile one location. I have been patient. I have been gracious. I have given the benefit of the doubt. But these people cheated me out of thousands of dollars. They have my phone number. I hope someone chooses to call me back.

The only way for Me/Us to go.No more High and/or additional charges. 70 dollars less than Verizon and Xfinity combined. Fast and better Wi-Fi. Many more free options. We made it happen.

Incompetent people! Poorly trained. Had to call customer service to straighten things out. The rep on the phone said that this should have been done at the store.
