I went here to get myself a new phone, and all the sales reps were so very helpful. They assisted me in picking the perfect phone for my lifestyle with not complaints. Very polite, super helpful and considerate, and will definitely go there in the future. 10/10!

They sold my dad mediocre phone and I have no recourse for changing it to the one I want. Even if I were to be willing to pay more. I'm looking into options to toss tmobile and I suggest you do the same.

Alex Nguyen was so kind to reach out to me from store # 207D in Everett Wa. My name is Jeff Wallace. I am a US Veteran and I have been with tmobile for close to 2 years. I am and have been impressed with your products and continue to add updated technology setting the bench mark for those other guys. Alex reached out to me after a snafu occurred with another store and Alex , being the "Adult "on the phone , credited my account in such a professional way , most customers would terminate service. I'm coming into the store today to thank Alex personally , but his Assistent Manager , Nicco Evans. Stepped up and was happy not to lose me as a customer and commended his leader. Nicco said he would have done the same thing without hesitation. I respect that because it's hard to teach good values to young men and women.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable. But the actual cell plan sucks. I was supposed to have TMobile one which should work in other countries. But when I was in Canada the service was awful and my data didn't work at all and it said I should have 3g lte. Very dissatisfied with that. But the employees at the store helped me out and credited my account.
