Horrible service!!! Please try and not go here. The guy was on the phone playing Pokémon go the whole time. Got home to find out he did not setup the sim properly and now we have to go back and get it replaced.

Worst customer service!!!! Cheap phones cases that are over priced. The older women that was helping me seemed annoyed and frustrated. The young guy selling me a phone case seemed stoned. Definitely a location that gives t mobile a bad name.

If your phone is important to you, don't bring it here. "Experts" had no knowledge of how to do the Sprint to T-Mobile sim card change over.

I just want to mention how rude the woman with long dark hair in a pony tail was to John and I today. John has done business with T-Mobile for 22 years and I have gone with him to deal with these people for the last 18 years, and never been treated poorly until today. She said if we weren't happy we could go somewhere else and all we were doing is trying to get on the list for service. That employee does not belong in customer service and how she got that job is beyond me. We were then helped by a rather pleasant woman but after the screaming, it did little to comfort a person or even make a long term customer feel valued. All we were doing was replacing a $30 flip phone and with all the fees, and the $96 price tag on the phone it costs almost $200. My advise is to order online and at least you can save yourself the insults and $30 store upgrade fee. During this visit I was asked if I wouldn't want to change over from Consumer Cellular and my answer was No, I don't support Companies that treat Customers BADLY!

Lady was beyond rude, had an attitude, rolled her eyes, and laughed when we were speaking. (Didn’t get her name but she was a middle aged white women) She also didn’t know what she was doing at all that she had to call someone over to do it for her. We were explaining that at another location we were told something else concerning a trade in. After we explained, she started laughing and turned over to Yoshi and goes “I’m not doing this.” then Yoshi says “Well if you trust the alderwood location so much then just go there.” So beyond rude.

I know it's black Friday, and it's hard to find certain items, but I called this morning to ask if they had a phone in stock, a woman answered in a very rude manner and just said no. I proceeded to ask if they knew any other store that might have them, and she replied with 'I don't know other stores inventory" and hung up. Overall bad customer service, and needs some training on taking calls.

Called the Everett Mall store to ask abt changing the number of rings GoFlip3 before rolling to voicemail. I am missing calls. Arrogant and impatient "child" answered the call and told me "it's in the manual, go read it" Then he changed his tune to "well, that's done by Settings feature on your fone." He changed his tune a 3rd time to "well, I hv to see your manual and flipfone. I never heard anything about changing the number of rings...you can't change them by hashtags like you claim..." It was clear by his irritated voice that he couldn;t be more bothered.I tried to explain this is not fone related but account related. His response to that was unacceptable and inappropriate - shouted that he knows nothing about customer account settings.His manner was impatient, headstrong, and arrogant with his indifference and style of speaking (faster and faster, louder and louder). I don;t know how you can remain in business with employing these "kids in diapers". Horrible experience, same as with TMO store in Mukilteo.

This guy Ramon doesn't realize t mobile doesn't care about him, I was trying to get a replacement of a screen protector and he did the impossible to don't do it, my brother got me the screen protector with warranty and guess what? They won't respect that! Stay away from T mobile

I came to T mobile to add a line and purchase a phone for my son. Becky was so wonderful and helpful. Took her time to help me fully set up the phone with parental controls and everything before we left. She made conversation with my son and made him feel like part of the process. She was thorough and kind. I will always ask for Becky in the future!

This is the only t mobile store I will ever go to. Has been my go to for about two years now. The associates are amazing. Incredibly helpful as well. I highly recommend this t mobile store over any. I cannot tell you how fantastic these guys are! Fast. Friendly. Great customer service. Just all around the best t mobile store!
