5 stars for Henry for being a bro and helping me out today with my phone screen.0/5 stars for Jay for being a lying scumbagApparently Jay didn't add my insurance or have my bill reflect anything that I signed 2 weeks ago saying and my totals were way different.Look is super sketch to NOT add insurance to the line and to lie to your customers on what they're signing.Jay is not a good employee and a terrible sales man. Liars. I have no respect for Liars and won't come backAs an ex employee of t-mobile I'm embarrassed by this store and the one redeeming thing was Henry helping me knowing his coworkers messed up.I'd avoid this location

If I could give this location a negative star I would. They gave the worst customer service I have ever received. They did not even want to help me switch over to them. Messed up my phone lines, made it so I couldn’t work for 2 days. The manager of this location couldn’t bother to help. I spent several hours on the phone with customer support. Then billing came, and come to find out you can’t use a credit card for auto pay. You now need a bank account or debit card, which wasn’t told to us when our service got set up. I have been with the company for 20 days and it has been miserable!! I really hope it’s just this location that is horrible and the rest of my service will be good ……..??♀️??

Do not buy from this store!! If you have to, read the fine print like there is no trust between you. Went in with an offer to upgrade my phone for $50 a month. The rep (Malik) said that is I add a line for 30 dollars a month, I can get the phone free. I should have known better. When my bill came, it was $100 more, not 30. I went back to the store to get thos cleared up, and they informed me that Malik did not work there anymore (less than a month later) and that they would not help me. What they say does not matter, it is the numbers in the contract, which I forgot for a moment. Let my loss be your warning about thos predatory shop.

This T-mobile retail store is the worst. Not only do the employees lie , but they also have no proper training on T-mobile plans. Stole my sd card along with my private information. I'm still waiting for Jimmy, the district manager, to call me. Go to a corporate T-mobile if you don't want this to happen to you.Still waiting for your district manager plus I sent an email. I just want the general public to know that you guys do not follow through. They really should close this store so no one else gets ripped off.

I decided to leave Xfinity/Apple and go back T Mobile. Henry at the store was really helpful and knowledgeable! After I told him what I wanted, he got me set up with the best device and the right plan. He is crazy helpful and paid attention. He said I could come back once my device arrived and he totally helped me set up. This guy needs a raise! Thanks Henry!

I chose 1 star because 0 stars was not an option! Today myself and my sister went to ask an associate at this location some questions due to charges on her bill that weren't correct. An employee named Jay not only refused to help claiming the money would come out of his check but he also spoke to her in such a way it put her in tears. In all my years of working customer service I have never heard someone speak to anyone the way this rude employee spoke to my sister. I am disgusted and horrified at his attitude and his behavior. If this is how employees of T mobile behave than we might just switch to another service. IT seems some people need to be retrained or let go because they are representing this corporation and the way he presented himself wasn't only unprofessional but it was cruel to speak to her in such a way. Stay away from this location unless you want to be belittled and treated terribly!

Hunter and Kwon were really great to me! I came in with a phone issue and they fixed it asap !! Would definetly recommned this place over the one on everett mall way!

I only chose 1 star because 0 stars weren't an option! Today my sister and I visited this location due to an error on her bill. Once she asked the employee named Jay for help immediately he seemed uninterested and even a bit aggressive in the way he spoke to her and handled the situation. Not only did he claim that helping her lower her bill by calling the number she was given would somehow come out of his pocket he straight up refused to call claiming he didn't have to do anything for her! I am shocked and appalled at his behavior and if this is the person representing your company I think you need to either retrain him or replace him because his actions were disgusting and honestly were considering switching phone companies due to his unnecessary abuse. It is the responsibility of this company to provide the right type of care when dealing with customers especially those who are in need of help.

Twice went in to get a new phone spent 20 minutes waiting and was completely ignored would nice to be acknowledged by at least someone saying will be right with you customer service fail
