I took my son in for a haircut. We asked for a trim and she butchered his hair. We are never going back again.
Stylist: I feel like the stylist didn't understand what we were asking of her. I asked for maybe 1 inch to be taken off the top. She took 3 to 4 inches off.
Never going back again.

I just got a 5 star haircut for a fraction of the cost of these local barber shops. The best part about it was my stylist. She was a sweetheart! I wish I would have gotten her name. She was patient and kind. I'm gonna miss her, as I'm not in town for long.

They are all great people with good customer service. They go above and beyond to give you a great experience from beverages to pleasant attitudes. I am always satisfied with my haircuts and I have been going here for two years plus.

Helen was knowledgeable and polite. When I was ready to enter the establishment, she was going in also, and held the door for me. She showed me a few ways to style my cut and advised me on a product to make styling easier.
Hair type: My hair is short and gray as I am in my 80's and have a harder time doing hair.
Stylist: Understood my limitations on doing things with my hair.

Are you kidding??? After the first time Thi cut my hair, I would NEVER go anywhere else.
Hair type: I'm elderly and don't have too much left on top, but Thi takes her time to make it look naturally great and always makes sure that every hair is perfect. In fact, I have to be extremely careful when I leave because women literally throw themselves after my haircut.

I have never been disappointed, the stylist here do great work. They ask me how I want my haircut and I give them a brief description and tell them that I trust them because people will see me when I walk out the door and will either notice a good or bad haircut, ;). I’ve been coming here for 3-4 years now.

Stylist: Thi is the very best stylist she is fantastic and so upbeat ^_^
