I came in with my mom who was looking for a wig because she's losing her hair from her chemotherapy. The owner had her sit down and helped her try on different wigs to see what she likes best. My mom is older and super weak at the moment and the owner was very sweet, professional, and helpful, it honestly made me tear up because I know my mom is having a hard time with everything. I greatly appreciate her kindness and patience and my mom loves her new wig!

i have to say I'm disappointed. I was looking for some hair to do a crochet hairstyle really wanted something like a Jamaican bounce but i wasn't seeing that so i went with passion twins i bought 4 packs at like 16.99pk after getting home i open one pack and noticed that it wasn't giving. i wanted to exchange the other 3 un open pack still in original packaging still in the bag that she gave me but was refused . look like ill be sticking to amazon at least they have a return policy.

This is such a great store! Easy access to and from the free way making for an easy commute!When you first walk in, the owner Nicola greets you with a big beautiful smile.I was referred to her by a good friend - one who knows how “picky” I am about getting my very thin mane done by just anyone!I felt very relaxed and comfortable during my visit there where she performed a great weave on my head.She payed very close attention to what I needed done and executed with great ease!I am so happy with the result. I live downtown Seattle but will make the trek to her store for all my hair needs as she has a variety of wings, braids, product and more.I told my daughter about her and she too went to get her hair done by her and she’s super happy!I highly recommend Ena’s for all your hair needsService: Hair extensions

I couldn’t say enough good things about Decarla’s. The first time I went in to get a wig for chemo treatments, I felt so welcome and comfortable. The lady was so kind and courteous and let me try on as many wigs as I needed to in order to find the one for me. And I definitely did. I went home and cried because since I lost my hair, I felt beautiful again and it’s all thanks to them! They will spend as much time as you need to make sure you leave their store feeling your best. I have since gone back for another wig and I was again treated with the same excellent customer service as before and the same lady and I tried on more wigs and we laughed at the silly ones that didn’t look right and found another perfect wig for me. You really can’t go wrong with Decarla’s. They don’t discriminate or judge you regardless of what race you are, they make sure you’re happy when you leave and they are also very affordable. The wigs are amazing quality. Most people don’t even know I’m wearing a wig because they are such great quality. They also make sure to educate you on how to care for your new hair and they don’t try to up-sell you on things you don’t need. I feel very comfortable shopping there and they have a customer for life. Going through cancer treatments have been so very hard, but the one part of it that makes it easy is going to Decarla’s because I know my experience will be amazing. I know I’ll leave feeling great and beautiful on the outside just as I do on the inside. I highly recommend her store for all of your hair needs. As long as Decarla’s is around, I’ll never step foot in any other wig or hair store ever again. You won’t regret going there for your hair needs. I guarantee it.

I’ve been getting my wigs from here since I was about 16 years old I was an Asian lady working and then other people take over a lot of the stuff as friendly. I have a collection of about 10 wigs. I’ve gotten over the course of the years and one day I went in there, looking for a ponytail, and I wasn’t sure what I wanted and the woman said some harsh words to me. She didn’t like me touching and looking through the hair. She asked me what I wanted. I said I wasn’t sure what I wanted and then I found three packs of ponytails that I was going to purchase, so I set them nicely on the floor stocked on top of each other ready to buy them when she starts yelling at me telling me to pick the product up off the floor and that it’s really disrespectful and that she’s always been nice but I’m disrespecting her and then I told her the wig that she had sold me it was too small, but the red one was big, and she blamed it on my hair, not being braided and my extensions, when that wasn’t the case at all I wasn’t telling her I didn’t like the wig or that I wanted to return it. I just mentioned that it was a little small so that the next wig I got was a little bigger and she was tugging and pulling on it and pinching the leg forward, so it was pinching my hair and was getting really frustrated with me so I grabbed my bag and I walked out of the store. Her words and actions were Harsh enough to where I was almost in tears.

Great place! I went in because I needed some hair for a doll and they didn't judge me about it lol. The prices are super reasonable and the ladies that helped me were really nice and helpful, asked me questions to help make sure I was getting what I needed. Going back to show them pictures of the dolls when I finish them, they were excited for my project :)

Nicola has the gentlest touch when it comes to cornrows, twist, and crochet styles each time she has styled my hair I’ve had no issues with tight braids or cornrows and I always receive compliments. She recently installed Boho brand Supreme Locs using the crochet and individual crochet method and I’ve received so many compliments on how natural they look. Thank you Nicola you know I’ll be back.

I tried two weave girls before finding DeCarla and Nicola. Weave is so natural-looking, no glue, and the hair they sell is soooooo pretty. (: Plus, Nicola likes to watch True Crime will she works on me. 10/10 recommend
