So I have to say these guys are the worst I had a brand new Stihl chainsaw and i couldn't get it to start to save my life. When I went there they took it in the back and brought it back out and told me that it was flooded and they started it right up. So I got home and once again it wont start so after a 5 minute YouTube video the gentleman on the video went step by step and it started right up and had the guys at the Stihl store explain to me how to start it instead of just saying it was flooded would've been great they were 100 percent zero help

I want to say thank you for how professional everyone there at Siskun is. I maintain equipment for a few landscape companies here on Whidbey Island. Siskun is far superior to my local Stihl shop. Siskun has a great inventory and if something is not in stock they can usually get it within a week or so. Often my wife is the one picking up parts for me. Every time she stops by she tells me how nice everyone there is to deal with. Much appreciated! Thank you for all your help.

Siskun is also a Honda reseller so I called to order a new carb for my log splitter engine. "It will be a week..." Its been 10 days so I called and they need another 3 days. Nope, I won't make the mistake of ordering parts from siskun again.

I bought an attachment for my km130r kombi system. When I got home I decided to just upgrade to the km131r. I went back the next day to check one out. They told me stihl had a buy 2 get one free attachment sale with power head purchase. (I only needed 3 attachments). I asked if I could return the one I bought yesterday, then buy 2 with the power head and get the 3rd free. They had no interest in doing that, I had to explain what I wanted to do 3 rides, the salesman said he could not do that. I said I have not used it, and you have a 30 day return policy. So I just said I wanted to just return the attachment, he wasn't going to do that because he knew what I was going to do. They are making a $700 sale, so I have no idea why it was like outline teeth? Finally he did it amd I got my 131 and attachments, but what a headache.then he brings out the manuals for all the units and take all the safety glasses out of all but one pack. I guess they just keep the extra ones that come with the accessories?? I didn't care much because the whole ordeal was almost over. But once I got home my kids started playing with the cool glasses, which they broke before I could use them. I was not about to go buy one of mine at sisken, so I just glued them. The was such a nightmare I bought my new br800c at ace hardware, was cheaper and alot nicer sales person. I recently went to sisken for a small part, the sales person was so unfriendly with no social skills, not even a thanks for coming in, good bye, have a good day, nothing. I said thanks have a good day, no response. I guess it is not worth me ever going here again, very sad.

Terrible!! I brought my pressure washer in to get muffler replaced they break off 2 bolts in the head and tell me I have to replace the engine. I would recommend not taking anything there for repair. You will not see your tools for at least a month. No accountability for "F'n" up my power washer

They are very lean on necessary products on hand. It might be faster to order maintenance components online.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. The staff is very rude and act as though they are doing you a favor to provide service. They do not provide a break down of work completed which brings to question the overall skill set and competency of their staff. My experience to have work done in a generator was very negative as a whole.

I have bought a weed wacker and a chainsaw over the last few years. Always treated great. They are very informative on how to use the equipment and what you might need to go along with your equipment. I'm a stihl equipment owner for life because of them.

They have lots of product in store, and if they don't, they can get it in a timely manner....I've even called in and they let me talk to a technician and helped me diagnose a few issues over the phone!!! Great customer service!!!!

Good Service.I made a mistake with my Stihl MS170 chainsaw. I accidentally put chain oil in the 50/1 gas/oil tank and 50/1 gas/oil in the chain oil tank. I realized my mistake before I tried to start the saw.While I waited, a Siskun mechanic cleaned up the tanks and put in a new filter (I think it was a gas filter). They charged me for the filter ($7) did the cleanup for nothing. (I’ve been a customer for over 10 years so you might not get the same break). The saw started perfectly and runs great.
