The guys in here are always really nice. I stop in every week, once or twice to grab something. They help me feel a bit more comfortable in (what can sometimes be) an unsafe area. So I continue to come back ?

This was the worst experience ever. This old man is so rude and screamed at me because I asked about the awards and he NEEDED TO THINK I told him it’s okay then proceeds to be rude and disrespectful. I got 3 chocolate milks for my kids redbull and $60 of gas. And since he was so mean I said cancel it and i walked it. As I was getting into my car he runs out saying it already went thru. And i know I only slid my card and did not press anything else but I seen him press the screen in the machine you swip your card on assumed he canceled it but instead he ran credit and told me to get my stuff and pump my gas. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

Very poor equipment. First time I went there, the gas nozzle kept clicking as if my tank was full, even thought it wasn't even close. 2nd time I go there the pump completely overflows and spills gas off the side of my car. I tell the gentleman inside and his repose was "oh it overflowed again?". I asked if he had anything to help clean the gas off my car so it wouldn't eat away at my paint or if he could reimburse me in any way, his response was "oh sorry, no" and he simply ran back inside and went back to sitting behind the counter. Absolutely ridiculous, only Shell station I've had a problem with

First off. I walk in to go to the bathroom. I politely ask where it is. The man at the cash register said I have only one bathroom and he shoved the key into my hand. I go in to take care of business and litterally as soon as I sat down he knocked on the door and asked, "what are u doing?!" I said using the restroom. He goes away. I get up a few seconds later and I hear a knock again and a "what are u doing?" I open the door to two males looking at me. One a customer. The other the cashier. I look at him with a confused look and he said I needed to hurry up. That ticked me off beyond belief. So I go back fo get ny coat and he said "WHAT ARE U DOING?!" I go get my coat and key and when I walk out he looks at me with disgust. I hand the key to him and carry on. He was rude and quite honestly... had an annoying habit of not letting me use the facilities. The bathroom was covered in pee and the sink wss covered in soap and water. Not well maintained. 1-10 rating? -50. Get new workers and a better janitor.
