I just want to shout out the manager of this location. She is literally the sweetest woman ever and is always hard at work. Everytime I visit she greets me with a smile and is consistently straightening and organizing and cleaning. She always stays busy. I have never had a bad experience here and I am sure it is due to this managers diligence and pride in her work.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend purchasing gas from Shell Corp. I was given a Shell gift card. Shell charges gift card purchasers (approximately .10 a gallon more) higher prices for gas. A gift card is the same as cash and should be treated as such. The gift card is supposed to be a perk, prepaid with cash! Shell Corp, your gift cards are not credit cards.

The worst I have ever been treated at any place by an employee. I was getting gas with my girlfriend and then we planned to go to the store at the gas station after. So my girlfriend pulls the car around from the gas pump to the parking for the store, while I go wait outside the store for her to finish parking before we go in. I was waiting outside the store for LITERALLY about 30 seconds before the employee comes out of the store and asks me what I am doing in an extremely rude manner. I told him I am just waiting for my girlfriend to park the car and then we are coming inside the store to buy stuff. Then he was said I can’t be loitering outside of the store (talking to me as if I am some criminal) and told me if I’m gonna come buy something then come right now in a super aggressive tone. Then I further explained I am waiting for my girlfriend to park the car and told him I’ve literally only been standing here 30 seconds, and he is treating me like some criminal. Then my girlfriend arrives and he continues to be rude to me and interrogate me about why I’m standing outside the store FOR 30 SECONDS. This guy is literally crazy and was getting mad at me for literally just standing and doing nothing. I told him to relax and not talk to me like that because I have never been treated like this. Then I left the store and did not buy anything because I will never support a business that treats customers like that, and I will never be going back to this location and I recommend others don’t do the same unless you want to be harassed for no reason. This guy was the most hateful, rude, aggressive, and unpleasant employee I have ever encountered, who seemed like he was trying to create a conflict out of nothing because I was doing nothing wrong. Pathetic. it’s embarrassing for Shell as a company. I hope the manager reads this and fires this fool. (the employee looks like an ugly white guy, brown hair, out of shape guy with a receding hairline and glasses) I would give a negative 10 stars in this review if I could.

The nite of May 10th we traveling and needed to get snacks pulled in to these store to get some and on to pay wit debit card the reader was loose and didn't read my card like 4 times my total was $20 but as I looked at my phone my card was charged $28.52 I was look whoo WTH ??!! He said it was because of all the refills we had and I didn't have none wat so ever! He threats to call cops I told go head because I want to report ur card reader as well and report fraud and then gave me my difference back and told me to never come back again Byron big white dude. I told him I still wanted the cops here cause if they are using a scammer for cards I wanted to report him!

Pump would not pump automatically. Went in for snacks and cashier is speaking loudly at someone in phone entire time I am in the store. When I get to counter, no greeting. Didn't say one word to me including the total. Then short changed me. Be better!

Employees were not wearing any masks and were not enforcing customers to wear masks. It has been almost 2 years since Covid started, it’s really not that hard to do.The employee working was kind.
