I am so thankful for this wonderful Community Health Center!! I spent so much time trying to find the COVID-19 vaccine to no avail and then out of the blue I happened to find this SeaMar center in Everett! I did have to stand in line for a few hours on a very cold but dry morning and I was so lucky to get registered and get an appointment later that day. The staff was incredible with handling the hundreds of people that morning and I was impressed! I went back for my second vaccine and once again the staff were great under pressure! They had gotten extra doses of the vaccine and announced it on social media. The staff was behind schedule due to the extra people there for their vaccine. Finally it was my turn and the staff (specifically Nick) apologized for being behind schedule. I told him I was so grateful to get my second dose and commended him for working under pressure especially since some people waiting weren't that patient. Hats off to Nick and the entire staff! The center was even having a truck to provide mammograms that day!

The Worst reception they have while I'm try to make appointment by calling phone no ones will answer I have to go in person to make appointment !

I would like to give a solid review but its actually impossible because the phone is never ever answered. I used the automated call back system every time and no return call was made. I only got through because i called the tacoma office who then transferred me which was the only way i even got an appointment in the first place. Finally, i make it there, and i had to wait for over an hour for my dr, while others also waited. Tons of people waiting actually along with 5 screaming kids. Would love to support the clinic but better communication needs to take place

Rude phone service when calling to make appointment. Called at 8 a.m., the automated system offered to hold my place in line. 40 minutes after no call back I called, waited 5 minutes, told the receptionist she was rude and said they get a lot of calls at that time. My daughter starts school in Sept so I can only go to appointments after I drop her off the lady got mad at me and said well I don't know what you want to do. Not my fault your dr's have no availability except months later. Stop taking in so many patients when you have no room for them. Don't be rude to the clients!!! Also can't get in to see dr for months. Some are booked 3 months out. I've never heard of this for family medicine.

I have been going to sea mar for a while. Pros: I can usually get in quickly, staff are friendly, and the lab is good. I have had several doctors, one of which diagnosed a condition many others in and out of sea mar had missed. Recently I saw an ARNP that was great. The new health portal is also really convenient. Cons: results take a while (this has gotten better), and getting a response from a doctor can be hard. There is also a lot of turn over in doctors, so I never get too attached. And the wait time can be long because they make the doctors pack in too many clients. Overall, I'm happy with them.
