It is my birthday and I ordered my cake 1 day before. So i went to pick up my cake with my Dad the next day and got the cake. When I got home I saw that instead of 'Happy Birthday' it said ' Happy Bithday'. Bad service.

During my recent visit to Safeway, I had an unfortunate encounter with an individual who left me feeling disrespected and belittled. It is disheartening to have such an experience, especially when customer service should be a top priority for any establishment.I would like to express my disappointment in the conduct of this individual, who I believe holds a position of authority within the organization. Their behavior towards me was not only disrespectful but also crossed boundaries of professionalism. I felt as though my concerns were dismissed, and their words and actions left me feeling marginalized.It is important to note that promoting a safe and inclusive environment should be a core value for any organization. It is deeply concerning to encounter any form of discrimination or racism in any setting, let alone within a reputable establishment like Safeway. Such behavior is unacceptable and goes against the principles of equality and respect.I hope that Safeway takes this review as an opportunity for growth and improvement. It is crucial for the management team to address such incidents promptly and ensure that all employees receive proper training on customer service, diversity, and inclusion. It is only through fostering a culture of respect and understanding that Safeway can truly provide a welcoming environment for all customers.In the future, I hope to see changes in the behavior and attitudes of Safeway's staff, including this individual. It is my sincere desire that no other customer has to endure the mistreatment and disrespect that I experienced. It's Safeway. It's not only a great place to get all the quality foods and anything else you need really. I also get my prescriptions there. They're fast, efficient, & they've got an app that notifies you when it's time to get refills or even when to take your meds. The discounts are amazing and if you do most your shopping there, you get a really good discount on gas! Every time (just about) that we fill up, we get 80¢ to $1 off but never less than 50¢, off each gallon! With gas prices the way they are, it's worth every little bit. Get the App. Check it out. You won't be disappointed?

Near my house and visit this or the Safeway toward 35th. Both locations suffer from terrible Wi-Fi and Cell Service inside the store. Would hate to have to attempt to call during any emergency situation. Nowadays this is dangerous!

Sadly I shop here as it is very close to my house. I went in today to see if they would be interested in donating some paper bags for our annual food drive for the Snohomish County Food bank. After leaving me standing there for over 15 minutes I was told by Matt, the manager that legally they have to charge 8 cents per bag that leaves the store. It seemed strange to me since donations are a write off, but I didn't press the issue. I wasn't sure if this was the policy for Safeway or not, so I went to the one on 35th ave. They were more than happy to donate and gave me a generous amount of bags. They seem to have a working knowledge of how donations work. I will be doing my shopping there from now on as everyone who helped me were very kind and courteous.

Nancy who works the check out was super friendly! It's customer service like that makes this my favorite Safeway store. I also like their deli over the other Safeway location in the area

Staff at this Safeway are very helpful and respectful to everyone and always smiling and make you feel welcome. The parking lot is very clean as is inside the store. They always have the food and drinks on the shelves so I always get what I need! Thankful to the workers here..

This is for their grocery delivery. I ordered a large order on the 12th of August. The order arrived with with a brown substance underneath the groceries which since it was on the bottom I didn't see. There was also some weird dirty wrapper attached to my bag. This made me uncomfterable to eat my food as its UNSANITY. Then that substance damaged my carpet. I had to throw away my welcome mat, shampoo my carpets. Called same day and asked for a refund as its the least they can do. I spent 4 hours cleaning to get my house back to the state it was BEFORE I ordered, not to mention it costs me money to go buy a new mat. The person on the phone told me he pushed the refund and I had to wait 7 business days. Never got it, got the run around from 4 people. Called the store the groceries were delivered from got a lovely person who really did try to help me but it seems like it's out of her hands. I was told I would receive a 25 dollar credit while I wait for the 90.87 to be refunded. I would highly suggest anyone on a fixed I come not order from here.Do not order from here. Order QFC, way better customer service if things go wrong, they treat people better. I will be filing a complaint with BBB.
