We had a birthday cake mix up (ordered cake was different design and specs from the ones picked up for birthday) in the Millcreek location. We accidentally called up the Everett location and talked to Matt (store manager)
Matt helped us by providing us an alternate cake from Everette location (though mixup happened at Millcreek location). This offer was seen by Millcreek and they immediately helped us with the same offer (saving us time)
The store (the team and manager) is very customer centric and aims to raise the bar of customer satisfaction. Really appreciate their proactive attitude to help wherever possible

MATT DALTON, THIS STORE DIRECTOR IS DELIBERATELY AND MALICIOUSLY WITHHOLDING THE REFUND OF MY EBT FUNDS FOR A GROCERY ORDER THAT I HAD ORDERED TO BE DELIVERED BUT I MISSED IT THE FIRST TIME AND I RECEIVED THE REFUND BACK TO MY EBT CARD WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL. I DIDN'T HAVE FOOD IN THE HOUSE SO I RE-ORDED THE FOOD TO BE DELIVERED AND I PAID THE FLASH DELIVERY FEE.THE ORDER WAS UNAVAILABLE TO BE DELIVERED AND IT WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND WHEN I CALLED IN ABOUT THIS I WAS MET WITH RUDENESS AND LIKE I WAS BOTHERING THEM SO I SAID YOU KNOW WHAT JUST REFUND THE MONEY BACK TO MY EBT CARD AND I WILL GO BUY GROCERIES FROM QFC. I WAS TOLD THAT I CAN JUST WAIT FOR US TO GET AROUND TO MAYBE REFUNDING YOU. I SAID OH YOUR GOING TO REFUND ME BC I WILL REPORT IT IF YOU DON'T.I WAS THEN TOLD OH I SEE YOU PAID WITH EBT YEAH WELL LIKE I SAID YOU WILL GET IT WHEN OR IF WE HAVE TIME LADY. HE HUNG UP ON ME AND I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR THE MONEY THAT WAS TAKEN OFF MY EBT CARD. I CAN'T SAY TOO MUCH BC IT IS A OPEN INVESTIGATION WITH WELFARE FRAUD DEPARTMENT OF VENDORS AND I HAVE A LAWSUIT IN PROGRESS FOR DISCRIMINATION AND FOR THEFT OF FUNDS BY A BUSINESS.

Entering the main automatic doors an employee was exiting right infront of me so I stopped in place and the employee proceeded to walk between me and my Co worker and bumped into my hip as I was standing still.
I was genuinely suprized but not too upset.
Description of employee: Female with brown hair shaved sides of head , longer curly bleached hair on top , also doing carts . If I were elderly I may have been k locked to the ground .

Good Safeway. Recently had a re - brand opening. Guess they remodeled? Although the location wasnt all that old. Definitely useful to have in the neighborhood. The only thing I would suggest though is to do your bigger trips on the weekday as opposed to the weekend because they sell out of a decent amount of products over weekends from time to time.

As a pregnant mother who shops with a toddler in tow, I was extremely disappointed today in this Safeway. To make room for Mother's Day items the store management decided to store nearly all the carts outside in the rain! I was unable to find a dry cart for my toddler at either entrance. Last week when I was shopping here they were hosting employees from other area Safeway to show them how this Safeway celebrated Mother's Day so the other area stores could strive to be as great as this Safeway. That may not have been good guidance for the other stores. This Safeway's management clearly prioritizes profits over the people they claim to be celebrating. Poor foresight by management. Mother's want dry carts more than flowers.

A manager of this store harassed me and women in the parking lot. I complained, of course, and then the store manager picked on my kid when I wasn’t there. Attempted to address the problem with other store management who protected the manager who picked on me the women and my kid.

Person working Self Check left at 11:14pm to show three teen girls where there were free cookies. Mine you they were going to check out their groceries when he said want some free cookies. People were buying alcohol. My husband went out to the car while I waited and waited for him to come back to say alcohol went through the line with no one to check. Girls left saying what an idiot that guy was.

It is my birthday and I ordered my cake 1 day before. So i went to pick up my cake with my Dad the next day and got the cake. When I got home I saw that instead of 'Happy Birthday' it said ' Happy Bithday'. Bad service.

During my recent visit to Safeway, I had an unfortunate encounter with an individual who left me feeling disrespected and belittled. It is disheartening to have such an experience, especially when customer service should be a top priority for any establishment.I would like to express my disappointment in the conduct of this individual, who I believe holds a position of authority within the organization. Their behavior towards me was not only disrespectful but also crossed boundaries of professionalism. I felt as though my concerns were dismissed, and their words and actions left me feeling marginalized.It is important to note that promoting a safe and inclusive environment should be a core value for any organization. It is deeply concerning to encounter any form of discrimination or racism in any setting, let alone within a reputable establishment like Safeway. Such behavior is unacceptable and goes against the principles of equality and respect.I hope that Safeway takes this review as an opportunity for growth and improvement. It is crucial for the management team to address such incidents promptly and ensure that all employees receive proper training on customer service, diversity, and inclusion. It's Safeway. It's not only a great place to get all the quality foods and anything else you need really. I also get my prescriptions there. They're fast, efficient, & they've got an app that notifies you when it's time to get refills or even when to take your meds. The discounts are amazing and if you do most your shopping there, you get a really good discount on gas! Every time (just about) that we fill up, we get 80¢ to $1 off but never less than 50¢, off each gallon! With gas prices the way they are, it's worth every little bit. Get the App. Check it out.
