I like the store, but today with the fact that they don't have bathrooms for the public, they have watered it quite a bit, one understands that they close them because of those people who go to lock themselves in there, but even if it's just the small children, they should let them in, and they should do it, but only Except because I asked if my children, ages 3 and 7, could come in and they told me no, and then a lady was leaving with a little girl, and if they let her daughter go to the bathroom, too bad, the children can't stand it. like adults ?

While I've enjoyed positive experiences at various Ross stores in the past, my recent visit left much to be desired. The store was notably empty, lacking organization, and featured prolonged billing queues. The inventory for toys, men's clothing, and shoes was notably limited.I encourage the management to address these issues for an improved shopping experience.

I have small children, I have attended the store a few times, but the last two times, they have denied us entry to the bathroom for my children, the employees behave rudely and do not let the children enter the bathroom. I have had to go out to let them pee in the street hiding among cars because returning home is useless, the store is very dirty and messy, and the entrance smells of urine. What a bad image for the store, my daughter almost peed inside the store, and if it happens again I won't be the one to clean, because they must understand that children do not control their sphincters as much as an adult.

Soooo much agreement with the mess. IDK why Everett people do this and can imagine how tough it'd be to work here!!! OTHER ROSS STORES DONT LOOK LIKE THIS. So step it up Everett customers and employeesFIX YOUR DRESSING ROOMS AND OPEN YOUR BATHROOMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I see why people who work here could feel beaten down and have a hard time feeling grateful for their job.The security and cashiers did an excellent job in keeping up with a very long line, saying hello and goodbye. This is budget shopping. I got 3 very nice sweaters for $35.Sooooo selection isn't perfect. Get over itIf they don't have a shoe in your size, there are many other Ross's quite close, so drive there...picky as$ shoppers!!If you have time to filter through, you'll find your prize. Clothes, decor, pots n pans, awesome selection of toys, fitness supplies, and even spices and food selections.Wear headphones, get in the zone, and save some $$$$!!

Worst customer service ever. Even management showed distaine for customers and were rude and condescending. The place is ran and staffed by children not just in their attitudes, but in general, no one is probably over 25 years old. They get a single star because I can not give them a negative.

Didn't let me use the restroom despite being a paying customer. Horrible selection and messy af. Go to TJ Maxx instead.
