Came here recently to looking to buy a vehicle. Not only did the consultant, Jesus Vasquez, help us find a car with the specs we wanted, it was also one well within our budget! We got the vehicle at a great deal and would recommend Rodland Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The customer service is great and they are always willing to negotiate a price to where both parties are happy!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I started by scheduling a viewing through the website and within 24 hours received a email from Farhad to schedule a test drive. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. When I arrived he already had the vehicle pulled up to drive. On the test drive he answered all of my questions and was very kind and engaged. When I asked to look at the numbers I was passed to Jon Bellman. Jon was fantastic to work with. He explained the buying process clearly and answered all of my questions. Not once did I feel pressured or manipulated into a purchase (which I have at previous dealerships). He was friendly and made the car buying experience feel personal. It felt like a place that cares about what they’re selling and the people they’re selling to. I was shown the perfect vehicle that met my financial and personal needs and was walked through the cars full history. When I had questions about replacement parts Jon took the time to help me look them up. I can already tell this is the best quality vehicle I’ve owned (out of 3) and I feel confident recommending this dealership and specifically Jon Bellman to my friends looking to buy a car.

I live in Arlington Washington and went to the local Toyota dealership here to trade in my car. Do you have the fact that I was downsizing from a forerunner Toyota Camry? They said that they didn't have any deals for me. I couldn't work with me yet to come back in six months to a year.About a week later, I passed Rodland Toyota where I brought my other vehicles And Ethan who is my salesman figured out a way to make a deal that was fair and affordable for both of us because my circumstances were somewhat special with downsizing the forerunner to the smaller car that was less expensive, etc. Ethan was a great help and very attentive to my financial needs and was not high pressure. He left all the decision-making to me, and if I wanted to consider another car that was more expensive, he would recommend now that car wouldn't suit your needs etc. So I think Ethan very much for the great service and hope to work with him in the future! Thank you to Rodland Toyota as well.

Horrible experience buying a used vehicle here as a female identified individual. Avoid preowned sales manager Marcus Krachunis and finance manager Darci Clark at all costs. Sales consultant Robert Dixon was great though, no complaints there - not at all someone to pressure, was professional, knowledgeable and didn't use the manipulation tactics of the other two.Pre owned sales manager Marcus Krachunis is sketchy and dishonest but tries to make it out like he's being totally transparent with you, much like finance person Darci Clark. Marcus and Darci both are very fixated on pressuring you into deals and warranties via scare tactics and other manipulative techniques. For example Darci will say passive aggressive and guilt trippy things like "if my friends and family come here I won't let them leave without this" or show horror story fake photos of tangled up car wires with little relevance to the warranties and add-ons she's pushing you to buy. It's absurd.Only bought my car here because it met the criteria I wanted and because Robert was better to deal with, otherwise I would have definitely walked away at multiple points in the process due to the inappropriate behavior by these two.For example Marcus claimed he could only give me 10,000 for my trade in that was valued via KBB at 14,500 for a trade in. And he claimed the car could only be sent away to be sold at auction, but less than a week later he's reselling it at 18,000 online at his own used car dealership. He also never even looked at the vehicle himself which was weird.And Marcus couldn't give me a straight answer why a car that was same trim level, 1 year newer AND less than half the miles was priced over 2,000 HIGHER than the one I wanted, and was clearly annoyed when I pointed that out repeatedly - he kept being evasive on that. Marcus kept trying to portray himself as a victim caught between a rock and a hard place on pricing.As someone who is in the field of psychology and is well-educated, I felt disgusted by these tactics as I could see many buyers (especially young, low income or female identified folks or even anyone who's never purchased from a dealership) falling prey to these manipulation tactics.

This was the first time I purchased a car without a family member. Robert Dixon, my salesman made the purchase very easy. I never felt pressured. He was very patient in explaining new things with my Camry, even a couple days later after the sale. He personally oversaw that everything went smoothly. Darci, in finance and Marcus the manager were great, too. I have always been a Ford girl but I'm now firmly a Toyota girl!! Love my Camry and highly recommend Robert and Rodland Toyota!

We came in feeling a little defeated by the car market and all the high-pressure salespeople we had worked with at other dealerships. Jesus worked with us to get us into a vehicle that fits our needs and budget. He made sure that we were taken care of and even went out of his way to make us coffee and cocoa! The car-buying process can be tedious and exhausting, but that isn’t at all what we experienced at Rodland. Thanks to the amazing warranty on our new car, we probably won’t be in the market for another car anytime soon. But whenever we are ready to look again, we’ll make our way back to Rodland and will ask to work with Jesus!

Hey there! I cannot contain my excitement after finding out that Rodland Toyota has the car I have been searching for in stock on this absolutely fantastic Wednesday! I gotta tell you, my previous experience was not the best, but then I was connected with the amazing Jon Bellham. Let me tell you, he made the whole car buying process a breeze and so enjoyable! We even had some hilarious banter during our time together.Now let's talk about the incredible 2024 Toyota Sequoia TRD Pro. This SUV is an absolute beast on the road despite its size! If you're a big fan of Toyota products, let me tell you, Jon Bellham is your go-to guy. Seriously, he's kind, reliable, communicative, well-spoken, and extremely knowledgeable about the car I'm purchasing. And guess what? He'll even make sure you get a sweet deal that will leave you completely satisfied.I just have to give a huge shoutout to Rodland for redeeming my whole car-buying experience. I came for oil change at 12:15 pm and handed my keys to them. I was told it would take 1-1.5 hours. When I didn't get any update by 2 pm I went to them for update. The guy went in the back to check and it seems he didn't find the car. He kept looking for car for 15 minutes and then told me they have just started working on it now and should be done in 15 minutes. Again no update till 3 pm. I went to him again for a update, then he went in the back to check and came after 15 minutes, telling me it's done and I can leave. They didn't do any 12 point inspection, no car wash, no paperwork. I'm not even sure if they changed the oil. NEVER COMING AGAIN TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

I decided to buy my first new car in 24 years. As much as I loved my y2k Wrangler, it was time to make a change and step up. I did months of research and new I wanted the new Grand Highlander Hybrid Max. At this point in the review, I would say that if I were to mark any stars down it would be for the lack of availability. But I will not do that because I know it isn't Rodland's fault. That being said, I got hooked up with Ethan Worthington through another friend of mine who had a great dealing with him as well.Ethan was great from the start. Honest and up front. He got my name on the waiting list asap. And when they were allotted one he called me and we started the process. I wish I could have ordered one, but things just aren't that way anymore. He was able to get me the exterior and interior colors I wanted. So big kudos for that! When it finally came in Ethan could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. And to Rodland's credit I was in and out in just a few hours. Very smooth process with them. As far as my new Platinum Grand Highlander Hybrid Max is concerned, I couldn't be happier. I feel like a bought a new jet in comparison to what I had: from a Wrangler with zero amenities to a car with every amenity you can think of. And even a few you can't. They even told me it was the first Hybrid Max delivered in the Pacific NW. So that's exciting.I LOVE IT!!! And I appreciate Ethan Worthington and Rodland Toyota very much for getting it for me.Thank youJason S

Rodland Toyota of Everett is the best! I’ve been looking for a 2023 Prius for awhile, but most dealers add non-negotiable $5k-$7k mark ups. Not at Rodland Toyota. Jesus Vazquez got me the car of my dreams and worked with me to add only the extras I wanted and kept it all in my budget. This was easily the best dealership experience I’ve had.

We were looking to purchase a new vehicle, and uncertain where we could find the best service and price when purchasing from the dealer. We were SO HAPPY we went to Rodland Toyota in Everett! We had OUTSTANDING SERVICE (ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE) from Nick Rodriguez when we went in to find a vehicle. He was incredibly helpful when finding out we were looking to purchase a new gas powered RAV4. Unlike another dealer in Lake city Seattle, he Did Not try to pressure us into looking at other vehicles, he understood what we wanted and didn't stop looking until he found one (sent from Oregon).When we were filling out the purchasing papers, we were doing this with Doug another Awesome employee! He showed us the Best deals on Optional warranties, and we left Extremely Happy.We Strongly Recommended shopping here, and asking for Nick

First time buyer and we drove home with a new car the day of while trading in our old hand-me-down 2010 Prius. We kinda knew we wanted white RAV4 hybrid but that’s about it.This location happen to have a few in stock which I heard is rare. Branden Dove is our guy. He asked and explained the differences in different trims they have in stock.He’s very friendly and there to take repeat customers instead of making a quick buck off of one sale. Not pushy at all. He’s been with Toyota over 6~8 years. At Rodland for 2 I believe.He’s very patient with us, answering all our questions before, during and after the purchase. And since it’s our first car, so LOADS of questions. He’s transparent and informative with great follow-ups.Rodland as a dealership tho does require you to buy “add-on” like the other reviews have said. It didn’t bother us too much since Branden was able to request removal for a couple that we wouldn’t use.Overall, very positive experience.

The Good n Down right Terrible - Do not shop here. Buy your vehicle at Burlington Toyota or Marysville Toyota - Skip Everett Toyota ( Rodland ) The good - FANTASTIC salesman (Ryan) Who's far too good for this dealership. The Terrible - Sales Manager ( Ran Duan ) refused to sell me a vehicle unless I paid for their bogus "Additions" Anyone in this business knows nitrogen filled tires are bogus. Only a fool pays for this. Scam. A "Theft Deterrant System" which is garbage. $300 for Carpet mats. Any reputable dealership will remove these bogus additions if you ask for it.Lesson hard learned driving all the way from Bellingham.

I have been getting all of my car services from Toyota of Kirkland for the past two years, but I have heard a lot from my friends and family that Rodland Toyota also does a good job of car service.I decided to change from Toyota of Kirkland to Rodland Toyota for my car service this time. I visited on 08/30 around 1 p.m. and my experience there was terrible. Rodland Toyota provides poor customer service which gives me a terrible experience on my first visit.I came in for my 1 p.m. appointment and Lauren Towse (2499) was my service advisor. She did not even greet me when she first came to me. Then, she asked for my name with such behavior when I was trying to spell my name again because she got it wrong. She glanced at me when I was trying to get my name right and said, "I know", even though she got it wrong on the paper. I was so polite to her even though she was talking to me in such a manner and asked me if I wanted another service advisor. I was totally fine and said, "If you are not comfortable with me, I can have another service advisor, and I was just trying to get my name spelled right". Lauren was not giving me any customer service until I had to raise my voice so that she could fix her behavior and talk to me politely.Overall, the car maintenance service was great, and I got a free car wash as well. However, because of the horrible customer service that I got from Lauren, it will be my first time and also my last time to get my car service from Rodland Toyota.I am also working in customer service, and I know it is not easy to do it every day, but Lauren's behavior gives me some signs of being racist, and discriminates against my ethnicity, and she might think that I don't speak English. I was hoping to get a sorry from her at the end of my service, but she never did it. Moreover, I asked her for a customer service survey, and she got my email, but I never got the survey, and that's why I have to leave a review here.I hope this review could help Lauren Towse to give the best customer service for other customer.
