Rob Olsen was most helpful when we were searching for a RAV4. He is very knowledgeable about hybrid cars and helped us make the decision to buy one. There was no pressure, just information and the promise to be of service whenever we were ready to buy. Rob is very friendly and courteous. He went above and beyond aiding us through the process of purchasing the car, and continues to answer questions and offer aid in making the transition to a modern vehicle after twenty years of driving my 2003 Camry. Take my 5 stars back. Before you take your new car from them and they promise to fix for you don’t truth them. Let them fix it right away. Otherwise they don’t care about you anymore. My first time bought car here and also the last time ever ?
