I Hardly recommended people not to go for their haircut . The lady is really rude. She hardly speak English and she take customer for granted. She have no respect for their customer whatsoever so please do not go there i’m going give her one star If I have option for 0 star I probably give that to her and for her salon I’m strongly recommended DO NOT GO THIS PLACE. This is my first and last for rock and roll salon.

The lady is very rude and unwelcome person, she made me feel uncomfortable to be her client because the way she responded my questions. She answered aggressively tone seem like she got mad at me or I did something wrong to her since my first step in the salon. I’m strongly recommended DO NOT GO THIS PLACES. This place doesn’t have good customer service. This is my first and last for rock and roll salon.This lady needs a big attitude adjustment if she wants to be in salon business.

If I had a choice to give a real review this u would give half a star if even. The barber was very unwelcoming and very rude. I wanted to shampoo my hair and the shampoo was did not feel good definitely did not scrub everywhere, I don't think she used conditioner if she did she was doing it badly and charged for drying my hair. My son was laying on the couch and she was telling him aggressively saying that it was a business and seemingly noone was there. I asked her if she worked alone and she said yes. Then I asked are you the owner she said of course what do you think in a aggressive tone. Do not recommend the customer service is horrible, Every sentence she says is nothing but rude and acts like you don't matter. This will be my first and last time at Rock and roll hair salon.

The hairdresser is a very strange woman. I have never seen such a customer service in my entire life. From the first second you say hello, you will receive a cold silence in response. When you calmly begin to explain what kind of haircut you would like to get, she, without giving you the slightest chance, starts an argument with me in a malicious voice. It's not a very pleasant feeling, especially when you don't expect it. I would say it is even dangerous to entrust such work to a mentally unbalanced person, especially when she has sharp objects in her hands. Bad and not pleasant place.PS: I think that the reason is national. A man front of me was sitting on a chair talking to her in their native language. She behaved calmly and balanced. When I sat down on the chair, everything seemed to change in the blink of an eye.Avoid this place!Service: Haircut

She is so rude , talking and treat to customer like i asked for money , Jesus….. but when its time for pay and tip , talking kind of better lol good luck with ur damn business. Cheap price but she’s also cheap too. No wonder.

DO NOT GO HERE. Very unsanitary, rude lady, avoided debit or credit in payment (Likely avoiding taxes). I also received eczema (RASH) from this unsanitary place. Absolutely do not go here.

I called the saloon and a an Asian women answered, I asked her if she has time today she stopped me started yelling saying walk in only. I started to ask her if she did highlights, but she cut me off saying walking only and hung up on me, yeah rude woman isn't getting my business

Even tho the lady is sometimes rude or had anger issues she is always welcoming to the customers and if u have long hair and want to get a little trim don't come here but if you like short simple haircuts this place is for you and if you hear someone saying she Is always so mean and don't come to her don't listen to them just know that she is used to cutting short hair.

If I could give it a lower star as in no stars I would.Asian Lady really rude if you ask her a question she gets really mad.She said my side burns were messed up .I asked her about it at the end she got really mad.She has anger issues I told her to just finish so I could pay her and leave.I told her I'm not comeing back.I don't recommend this place 12 dollars or not.

I have been getting my a haircut here for last 5 years and this has been one of the best places I have been near by. The owner is very friendly and professional and greets people very well. I will come here every time I need a haircut.

Haircut turned out awful. Asked for a simple trim on my somewhat long hair and I turned out pretty much bald. I lost all my friends. Never going to a shop ever again.Service: Kids' cuts

I had my perm here a month ago, I was happy with it. So I came back for haircut today, very pleased, especially with this price. I will definitely come back.
