I have been a loyal customer of Rite Aid pharmacy for quite some time now, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The associates at this pharmacy are always kind and attentive, making me feel valued as a customer from the moment I step through the doors.One aspect that truly stands out is the fast service provided by the associates. Despite their efficiency, they never make the interaction feel rushed. They take the time to listen to my needs, answer any questions I have, and go above and beyond to ensure that I have everything I need. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.Moreover, the store itself is always clean and well-stocked. It's evident that the staff takes pride in maintaining a pleasant shopping environment for their customers. The front associates are always ready with a warm and welcoming smile, making me feel instantly at ease. They greet me upon arrival and make sure to bid me goodbye when I leave, adding a personal touch to my shopping experience.In conclusion, Rite Aid pharmacy has consistently exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service and friendly atmosphere. This is my regular drug store and pharmacy. I've been coming here for five years. The staff is generally great at both the front and in the pharmacy.I have one big issue with this store, and it is that they have allowed their HVAC to stay broken for at least three years. I went in last Friday and it felt like getting hit in the face, it was so hot. Management has given them some portable air conditioners for the front but they are intended for use in a single room of a house, so they seriously do nothing.Your consumers, but more importantly, your hard-working employees deserve to be comfortable inside the store. In fact, I'm pretty sure that it's an actual OSHA violation. FIX IT.

On Sundays, apparently, the store closes at 5pm. But through Google maps, it reports the store open until 9 pm. I was greeted by another gentleman in pursuit of services or goods from the vendor. Someone dropped the ball on this. It needs to be corrected post- hast.

The pharmacy has HORRIBLE customer service. I called to get my RX filled and I was told that my insurance had expired on 12/31/2022 even though I had just gotten a RX filled a month ago. Person on the phone didn’t care to help me, I immediately hung up and called a different pharmacy and they are going to be helping me from now on. Stay away from this place.

This place would have a higher rating from me if it was not near a methadone clinic. A few months ago, the main entrance had shattered/extremely cracked front window pane on the lower right side. Most likely from a methhead losing his mind and taking it out on them. I spoke to the onsite security patrol, and he informed me about the crazy people that show up almost daily. Everett makes me sad. And I do not feel safe here anymore. The graffiti keeps on rising and random pieces of clothing are littered all over.

Store has been going downhill for a while, not alot stocked on shelves. Also Whats the point of having a drive thru pharmacy if they arent even using it. Huge inconvenience

Hours are getting cut back to a ridiculous level and they are unable to keep up with prescriptions anymore. Clearly no one cares if I get my medicine which I need. After an hour they told me they would transfer to the other rite aid, I get there and am told they never approved it.In addition they no longer answer their phones and are closing at 6pm when their site says 7pm. Even the pharmacist at the other rite aid couldn't get a hold of them.I have a busy schedule and work 10 to 14 hours per day, i don't have time for this. Second issue in two weeks, we'll no longer be using this pharmacy.

The store is clean and we were greeted. All staff very nice.Now what I will say, as a manager, I would not expect my employees to work in the conditions they had to face today. The air conditioner was broken and it was far too hot in the store. I went to grab a chocolate bar off the shelf but it was already melted.I couldn't take it as a customer. Imagine the staff. At least I can leave.

Hubby and I went in for our 2/15 pick out Valentine's candy! The store is clean, we are greeted. We find the Valentine section, but there is no sign telling us if anything is discounted! Hubby picks out some peanut butter hearts. I couldn't find anything so I go to the Easter isle and find something there. We get to go play cross your fingers and hope for a Big discount! Turns out they were both on sale! No signs on either..

The temperature in the store (#05230) was so hot that the chocolate I was going to buy was melted. The cashier was clearly uncomfortable and I could barely stand it for 3 minutes. Rite Aid needs to do better and provide a reasonable working environment. No one should have to work in extreme heat unless it’s part of their job. It’s really not that difficult to fix the issue. It’s ridiculous! DO BETTER RITE AID!

Pharmacy staff is wonderful ... My experience with anyone other than the manager was little .... The manager seemed to want to lie his way out of problem that the customer had rather than acknowledging that The "savings/rewards" card pulls more money from people during a transaction when items that arent on the "savings/rewards" list are being bought. .... So if you are a frequent customer make sure you only use a rewards card when you buy items on the rewards list rather then run it like a safeway card where the points can be used for gas

I go to this rite aid very frequently and every summer I feel horrible for the employees in the heat because this store has no ac. They have a ac unit by the pharmacy but nothing for the employees up front. This isn’t a good working environment at all please do better for your employees and customers.

Pharmacy hours are never as posted. Last month, the opening hours were listed as 9 AM, I arrived at 9:30 AM and the pharmacy was closed and I was told they don’t open until 10 AM. That’s fine, mistakes happen. I had to come back later in the day due to meetings.This month the online hours appeared updated to 10 AM so I assumed the closing hours of 7 PM were accurate as well. I arrived at 5:30 to find out that they were already closed. I’ve had issues picking up medications two months in a row, leaving me an unsatisfied customer and I am now looking for alternative pharmacies to get my monthly prescriptions filled.

When did the pharmacy start being closed on Saturday? I used to love the hours of this store’s pharmacy, but obviously they are struggling so I might have to have my prescriptions sent elsewhere.

Ridiculous that the pharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday I’m going to switch to Walgreens
