I was followed by an Employee named Karen on Sunday 2-11-24. When she was confronted for it, she admitted she was following me and said it was because she asked me to "leave my bag at the front" and that I "ignored her". I did not hear her say that, and there's absolutely no reason for me to leave my empty reusable bag at the front (I brought this for my items I was going to purchase to avoid a bag fee). I've never been asked to do that before, and I've been into this specific rite aid weekly for YEARS. 1. Karen said 'good morning!' and then asked me if I was heading over to the pharmacy, and let me know that it didn't open until 10am when I walked in (I'm assuming that's because I went into the store and to the right) 2. I told her 'nope! I'm not' and continued towards the press on nail section (the first item on my list) 3. I then proceeded with my shopping towards the paper towel isle 4. This is where Karen showed up and proceeded to follow me through several isles pretending to be working. I intentionally moved isles just to see if she'd follow and sure enough! There she was I will never come back to this store because of this employees attitude and ignorant prejudice. She was not apologetic at all for her actions, if she had been, I would have been understanding. I very clearly expressed that I wasn't a homeless person, I had spent a lot of money in the store, showed her my EMPTY BAG and told her that if she had an issue she could have just spoken to me, rather then make me uncomfortable and follow me. She shouldn't be working in customer service if she cannot de-escalate and admit when she's made a mistake. I only want to shop at stores that I feel welcomed.

Extremely rude pharmacy employee. Went to drive Thur. Employee stares at me then asks "why are you here". To pick up my RX as this is the pharmacy. She said they weren't busy inside I should have gone inside. She was very unpleasant, definitely professional. She was probably late 40s to 50s. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what please do not take our your frustrations on me. All I did was drive up to get my medication.

I have been a loyal customer of Rite Aid pharmacy for quite some time now, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The associates at this pharmacy are always kind and attentive, making me feel valued as a customer from the moment I step through the doors.One aspect that truly stands out is the fast service provided by the associates. Despite their efficiency, they never make the interaction feel rushed. They take the time to listen to my needs, answer any questions I have, and go above and beyond to ensure that I have everything I need. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.Moreover, the store itself is always clean and well-stocked. It's evident that the staff takes pride in maintaining a pleasant shopping environment for their customers. The front associates are always ready with a warm and welcoming smile, making me feel instantly at ease. They greet me upon arrival and make sure to bid me goodbye when I leave, adding a personal touch to my shopping experience.In conclusion, Rite Aid pharmacy has consistently exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service and friendly atmosphere. Their kind and attentive associates, fast service without feeling rushed, clean and stocked store, and warm greetings make every visit a delight. I highly recommend Rite Aid pharmacy to anyone in need of reliable healthcare services.

This is my regular drug store and pharmacy. I've been coming here for five years. The staff is generally great at both the front and in the pharmacy.I have one big issue with this store, and it is that they have allowed their HVAC to stay broken for at least three years. I went in last Friday and it felt like getting hit in the face, it was so hot. Management has given them some portable air conditioners for the front but they are intended for use in a single room of a house, so they seriously do nothing.Your consumers, but more importantly, your hard-working employees deserve to be comfortable inside the store. In fact, I'm pretty sure that it's an actual OSHA violation. FIX IT.

On Sundays, apparently, the store closes at 5pm. But through Google maps, it reports the store open until 9 pm. I was greeted by another gentleman in pursuit of services or goods from the vendor. Someone dropped the ball on this. It needs to be corrected post- hast.

Store has been going downhill for a while, not alot stocked on shelves. Also Whats the point of having a drive thru pharmacy if they arent even using it. Huge inconvenience

This is for the pharmacy; I went and asked the pharmacist what I could take since I was still nursing. The man repeatedly said oh pregnant women can take this and I had to repeatedly tell him I'm not pregnant I'm nursing and pointed to my son. He told me I could take Zyrtec. When I got home I took one the looked at the bottle and it said not for nursing women. Thankfully I looked because apparently me asking a pharmacist wasn't the right thing to do.

I go to this rite aid very frequently and every summer I feel horrible for the employees in the heat because this store has no ac. They have a ac unit by the pharmacy but nothing for the employees up front. This isn’t a good working environment at all please do better for your employees and customers.

The store is clean and we were greeted. All staff very nice.Now what I will say, as a manager, I would not expect my employees to work in the conditions they had to face today. The air conditioner was broken and it was far too hot in the store. I went to grab a chocolate bar off the shelf but it was already melted.I couldn't take it as a customer. Imagine the staff. At least I can leave.

The temperature in the store (#05230) was so hot that the chocolate I was going to buy was melted. The cashier was clearly uncomfortable and I could barely stand it for 3 minutes. Rite Aid needs to do better and provide a reasonable working environment. No one should have to work in extreme heat unless it’s part of their job. It’s really not that difficult to fix the issue. It’s ridiculous! DO BETTER RITE AID!
