The large Woman that works here has no personality. When I'm more polite than the Customer Svs Rep then there's a problem.
-What happened to the Nice Girl that used to work there, Tara Haldane? She was the best in the business.
Other than that I love this store when it's not hot outside. Good prices, decent parking and a good Pharmacy.

This is the worst business you could put your trust in!!
I am highly, HIGHLY disappointed in this location. I had my prescriptions transferred from Bartells on 19th due to the complete lack of competency with my medications. I can't say I'm any happier here. The staff in the pharmacy is rude! The greeting you don't get when they answer the phone is angering. They can't even take the time to acknowledge your existence and ask you to hold, they just pick up ND put you on hold. I'm sick of feeling like they'd rather be doing anything other then what their paid to do, like provide people their medications! I spend way too much money every single month in this establishment to be treated like this at all and bc of that I'm currently looking for another pharmacy. The smaller, privately owned ones tend to be better, more respectful of you and your time. Moving on to the actual store, this is the most ridiculous large name store I've ever been to! Like many other posts have mentioned the store is insanely hot and has been that way for way too long! They obviously don't care about their employees nor their customers comfort or it would of been fixed immediately and not continued for YEARS! It's not like they don't make enough money!
Do not respond Rite Aid with your pre written fake apology and rant about how it'll be better. I don't wanna hear it! Just do better, that's it!

The staff here are kind and cheerful, despite the derelict conditions inside. I applaud the ability to stay positive in a dead store.
The shelves are more than 75% empty. Entire sections of products wiped out, whole brand displays empty, entire aisles of bare shelves. I've stopped by 5 times in two weeks and only once was I able to find what I needed. If there are supply chain or contract issues, that needs to be made apparent to customers.

I used to love this place, and now I'm afraid of rating it down and watching their corporate overlords close the place. Shitty people all over the parking lot, non-working coolers, wonderful staff that doesn't want to be there because of the derelict conditions, and exceptionally terrible staff that make things absolutely miserable in the pharmacy.

I am sld on this rite aid pharmacy. They are professional, helpful, pleasant, and helpful.
I have quite an array of medications and they stay right on top of them including med changes.
This is at the top of my list of lifetime pharmacies I have used.

This place has gone down the toilet! I'm pretty sure the hobos living in the broke down motorhome in the parking lot run the pharmacy! I am using a throw away account to leave this review as I'm guessing their as ghetto and unprofessional online as they are in person and until I find a new pharmacy I don't need any more headaches from this establishment. I am on a very heavy pain medication. You now have to show id when picking up narcotics, which is a really good thing considering how care free they are with your personal information! I picked up my prescriptions about 2 weeks ago and there was a new cashier. He is a taller looking (I was in my car at the drive thru) young black man who had chin length hair who can't be paid to pay attention to the job he was hired to perform! I was disgusted and horrified with the interaction I had with this young man! The ENTIRE time I was at the window I came 2nd to his text messaging, he would literally stop what he was doing pick up his phone, read and reply multiple times while I patiently waited. He did not give me 1 of my meds now 2x that I've gone to get it, it's my head meds, they are needed! But the icing on the cake, what really has bothered me was when I was finally done and pulling away, I had to stop, get it of my car, walk back to the window before the next car could pull forward and ask this joke of an employee to take my personal information that I signed to get my meds or of the tray before the next car! I watched him leave it and go to push the tray back out to the next people without taking my info out! Just when you think people can't get any stupider, they suprise you with a whole new level of dumb! I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere as they are carefree with YOUR personal information and can't be bothered to perform the job they sought out and applied for!??? Very, very disappointed in the lack of service this rite aid feels the need to give! Just because your in Everett doesn't mean you have to act like Everetts finest (all the crazy, junky hobos taking over)

Bought some pimple patches from this location and when I finally came home and opened them they were empty!!! This don’t make no sense!! Why should I have to open products and make sure they’re there before I leave the store?! I tried to call and no answer! I will be returning in the morning and see how this situation is handled!!
Update: went up there the next day and customer service handled the situation accordingly. All I had to do was show my receipt and they understood my frustration. The great customer service they had I ended up spending another $160 there and exchanged my pimple patches. Will continue returning and supporting the business ??

Terri at the pharmacy was one of the only people I’ve felt with when it came to pharmacies that seemed like he cared saving me money on my son’s prescription and he made it work

In getting so sick and tired of the rude attitudes the employees have at this location! Every time I call to check on a prescription the phone is never answered properly, ever. They just pick up without saying a word and put you on hold, every single time I call! I'm getting extremely sick of being treated like I'm an inconvenience, they're paid to be there for the customer?! Rite aid really needs to evaluate their staff, I know for a fact between myself and my husband's medications or insurance pays over 2G a month, maybe we should take our business elsewhere since asking rite aid to do the job their paid for is just asking to much! The attitude from every single employee accept 1, the younger white man with glasses has always been very nice but everyone else acts like their doing you a favor! I'm sick of it! I'm on the verge of taking my business else where!

I was followed by an Employee named Karen on Sunday 2-11-24. When she was confronted for it, she admitted she was following me and said it was because she asked me to "leave my bag at the front" and that I "ignored her". I did not hear her say that, and there's absolutely no reason for me to leave my empty reusable bag at the front (I brought this for my items I was going to purchase to avoid a bag fee). I've never been asked to do that before, and I've been into this specific rite aid weekly for YEARS. 1. Karen said 'good morning!' and then asked me if I was heading over to the pharmacy, and let me know that it didn't open until 10am when I walked in (I'm assuming that's because I went into the store and to the right) 2. I told her 'nope! I'm not' and continued towards the press on nail section (the first item on my list) 3. I then proceeded with my shopping towards the paper towel isle 4. This is where Karen showed up and proceeded to follow me through several isles pretending to be working. I intentionally moved isles just to see if she'd follow and sure enough! There she was I will never come back to this store because of this employees attitude and ignorant prejudice. She was not apologetic at all for her actions, if she had been, I would have been understanding. I very clearly expressed that I wasn't a homeless person, I had spent a lot of money in the store, showed her my EMPTY BAG and told her that if she had an issue she could have just spoken to me, rather then make me uncomfortable and follow me. She shouldn't be working in customer service if she cannot de-escalate and admit when she's made a mistake. I only want to shop at stores that I feel welcomed.
