I got nothing but good things to say about Red Wing. Great long lasting durable boots for blue collar workers. I bought a brand new pair of work boots on Black Friday and tried breaking them in when I went to Leavensworth over the weekend and on Monday while working and they still felt a little constricting thinking they might break in more...
I went back to the store I bought the boots from and they let me exchange them for a slightly more expensive different pair of boots that were way more comfortable and they let me keep my Black Friday discount.
Great customer service I'll keep coming here to buy my work boots when I need them!

I had a great experience here. Thomas greeted me right when I walked in and helped me navigate my situation due to the Lynnwood store closure. Even though it was busy because of Black Friday, he took his time to give me several options and walked me through what was available, including what I should consider in terms of fit. When I brought in the shoe I needed to exchange, he immediately identified the issue and knew exactly how to solve it. I’ve never been here before, but I look forward to coming back and buying my next pair of work boots with Thomas.

Thomas was friendly, helpful and charismatic. I was in and out in under an hour with a custom work boot setup (Versapros with custom moldable insoles) to help with my plantar fasciitis. I've been using them for several hours now and the difference is instant & phenomenal.
He was attentive and intelligent, you can tell he really knows his stuff when it comes to this. I appreciated his candor and I feel as though I was well taken care of.
Highly recommend this Red Wing location if you want a nice new pair of work boots/shoes. Thanks again, Thomas!
