Comfortable beds, no breakfast even though it's advertised. They don't know when it will open again. The only problem was when we asked for towels for four people we got set of two. Also night shift dude was rude to my husband. We had a late check in . We called the hotel to let them know we would be late because we were still in another state. We are from Michigan and had some unexpected issues on the road trip. When we got there the guy asked why we were late. We told him and he said we should have been there earlier. The lady in the morning was nice. Cleanliness was ok in are room. Unfortunately for this place we will be booking somewhere else next time we go to Washington.

Go somewhere else. My room was gross, sticky floor, and the toilet looked like it was used. Do not book here.

Stayed there with my granddaughters for one night as we were going to a concert on May 2nd. Stayed there on May 3rd. Was quite disappointed when we got there to find out that there was no breakfast included in the price and the rooms were kind of gross. The floor was really sticky. The beds were okay and the towels were fine but I did notice that there was some inconsistencies in the room as it states that there should be a coffee maker which there was not. There was coffee outside of the of the elevator but like I'm not touching the coffee that is out there for everybody else to you know. Do whatever they wanted to do with kind of a sketchy area was grateful that my car was parked right outside where I was staying so I could hear if anything was happening but took a while to check in. Yeah I was not at all happy with it. You know they stay on the website that there is breakfast included and that was the reason I booked in but there was not so I was quite disappointed and so were my granddaughters

Room was absolutely filthy. Didn't even want to step into the bathtub. Shower curtain had stains. Bathroom mirror was smashed. The reason we booked this was mainly the breakfast offering. Upon checking in we were told there was no breakfast. A sketchy area with people on the streets all night. Feared my car being broken into. Only plus was my room looked over my vehicle in the parking lot. Do not book here.

This place is gross- like too many things to list. So gross- it’s a brothel- not like a cool Moulin Rouge or Feminist run safe space- just don’t go here unless you like the smell of urine and sweat in your room when you check in. I suspect I’ll have to make a claim at some point because I’m pretty sure my car will get broken into tonight. So gross.

We were scheduled for 2 rooms for 3 nights. When we pulled back the sheets they were all peppery like bed bug fecal matter and pee stains on the mattress cover. It was disgusting! I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't have any connection wires. I then called on my cell phone, no answer. I called again, no answer. We, my daughter and I, went to the desk and the attendant had his head phones on sitting in the corner. I asked him to come and look, he refused. it may have been against the rules to leave the front desk so I get that. He handed us some new sheets but no mattress cover. We didn't want to touch it so we went back and asked for a new room. It was 1:30 in the morning or we would have checked out then. The room floors were sticky, the first room smelled of smoke and the new room had hair in the corners.Noteworthy details: We moved to Best Western and had a lovely stay.

Cannot contact hotel directly.. no one ever answers and the 1000 incidental they place on you credit card . Which is supposed to be relead upon your checkout , but is in fact held for you n excess of 2 weeks .....confirmed merchant held funds on ACH processing platform . Showed detailed information on identifying merchant and financial request for funds holding verification , and date , time in which merchant released funds or processed them for paymentManagement clearly stating they released funds same day as check and that it your bank that is holding on r proseeingputin g the money back to your account is false. Pari g lot looked a war zone and the criminal activity that engages in the parkong lot is also a issue the hotel could care less about. Door toroom would lick making the feeling a safety also something the hotelcouldcare less about . I could go on and on but I think all sace it for the next person to finish off where I left ..

Gross. Don't stay here unless you have no hygienic standards. Found bugs literally multiple bugs, the sheets looked gross, the floor was disgusting. The initial aroma of feet hits you in the face when you walk in the door. Looked like a disease waiting to be transferred. I had 2 kids with me, we were in the room less than 5 minutes because BUGS.The front desk said we would get redund- no problem.But then it's only a partial refund.Don't waste your time and money!Unless you already have bugs yourself- then stay away- perfect place ?Walkability: Sketchy

Rooms: For everyday you are there you have to request your room to be cleaned, if you want that. You have to request new towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner daily. They don't just come and clean your room without your request or bring you anything without your request.

Horrible place to stay let me tell you what they did to me so I grab this place for me and my husband to stay for two Nights customers service was okay with the gentleman that help us with the arrival he give us our key then we when to a room that smell like pee and Wher wth bathroom was super dirty my husband when I told him about us receiving a king size bed not two queens , he say I’m sorry about the inconvenience I’ll change u guys tomorrow I’ll note it so u can can get it so when I shower I noticed to late that the bathroom had mold on the top I m allergic to it so tell my husband that it had it there he say try not to use it and we willLeave urly in the morning anyways we should get a different room right , so the entire day I’m with cough, itchy, watery eyes, and hives. I have asthma and I was experiencing wheezing and difficulty breathing told my husband that I feel really sick had it to step out of the tournament over this so at this point we thought we were getting back to a different room so noooooo when we went back the guys very rude told us that when we left we had already check out meaning our reservation was canceled and that he can’t give us a room we drove 2 hrs for that !!!! The website that we use to make the reservation call then to get our refund for the night that they dint let us stay and they refuse the refund and he say we have it to pay a new reservation So at that point I noticed that I was having a hard time breathing and feeling sick again told my husband that we need it to go that I wast going to pay to stay there this hotel has so much False advertising cause ther is no breakfast and they have that on there advertising pics are so different !I’m planning get more reports of people that had deal with the same issue saw all the reviews and this hotel need to stop operating under this circumstance is dm so we can do something about this is not healthy for any one to go and get sick the way I did plus no one should pay for this law has a lot or rules and regulations and people need to speak my husband has pics of the mold and under the sink was a big opening and was water suck there making mold get more aggressive to any one immune system pls be so careful with kids visiting this place , as I say dm to build a case and report this ..

So sad why I came here tonight.Got here around 1040+ pm. Got a room 114.When I went to take shower, the water was cold like ice water, I let it run for sometimes. It was not becoming warm. And the tub was not draining. Tub was full of ice cold water.I called the front desk, the guy was the rudest human being I have ever met.He told me, to go and get plunger so I can declog the tub, and about hot water he said, I should wait till morning to speak to the manager.I asked him, and what AM I gonna do tonight, I need to take shower.Either move me to another room. I can't start unclogfing the tub. I paid to come here and get services not me to be unlogging tubs.He said, rudely, he doesn't have rooms, he has already told me my 2 options and hang the phone. Oo lord.I said I can't sleep here without taking shower,and I can't take cold shower either.Give me my money so I can go somewhere else.He refused and HANG THE PHONE ON ME!!I went to the front desk,OMG, I asked him what kind of customer services is this, I am sure if the owner could see how he was behaving and being rude, he wasn't gonna have a job.No one wants such behavior on their place of business. Even though this will be my last. NEVER will I go back or recommend anyone.he is the night shift at the desk. He is probably angry with his life, so this must be projection.I real want the management to review the video of this conversation.Pls, if you book here, hopefully you won't encounter any issues. But if you need help, and meet this peace of human being. You will be sorry!!I will definitely get to the bottom of this though.Walkability: Seriously,I have nothing else to I say.
