Had a great time at the range. Everyone is polite and respectful. Dave took time to help me sight in rifles and give helpful tips. Grateful to have a well run range in the area where people can advance their skills.

-One round loaded at a time, no magazined or "clips" as the RSO calls them-absolute sub 80iq person in charge. Like seriously the cost has to be a flat dollar amount because I'd bet my truck the guy couldn't make change. Like 4 teeth and a "ya know... 556 and 233 are different" level of cognitive ability.-rules that seem like they were made up by a Prozac popping, trans activist kindergarten teacher.-blatant contempt for customers; for no reason I could decern even though I didn't walk over to investigate-overpriced-never open-when it is open, it actually isn't because half of it is off limits-looks like a dumpIf you were do a story about every worst stereotype having to do with guns, ranges, 2A and the like and you described this place and were just honest. No one besides a blind schizophrenic on their 4th booster shot would believe it.

The ESC is under new leadership. The BOD has updated the rules, allowing up to (10) rounds to be loaded in centerfire rifles, assuming the shooter is able to land his/her projectiles on the target at the range said shooter SELECTED.If said shooter can't hit the target, they start over at 25 yard line.RSO Dave has laser bore sighted many firearms for people and has helped numerous shooters save dozens of rounds of ammo by getting their scopes zeroed more quickly with the laser.Use it for crying out loud. The Range DOES NOT have overhead baffling and therefore they are very stringent about potential errant rounds leaving the range (going over the berm or richochets) because of shooter competence levels lacking. All around, the best outdoor range around and can only get better and grow with the help of new members joining and donating time and effort to the club in maintenance, office holding, yard work, clean up, office help and other typical voluntary necessities.IF YOU DONT GET INVOLVED - PLEASE DONT COMPLAIN!WITHOUT YOUR HELP WE CANNOT GROW, IMPROVE & SATISFY YOU, OUR CLIENTELE.Sincerely,Dave WhiteRange Safety OfficerLife Member

Love the place and especially the staff, but not open enough to pay for membership. Closed on sunny days due to a non flooding.

Website does not reflect the actual status of the range. Website said open, but the range was closed.

The range is small and crowded most of the time. Staff are very passionate about their job and take safety very very seriously. That being said they are a little blunt when calling people out, but in their defense we all want to go home at the end of the day. Guess the worst thing about this place is their one gun rule. I'd prefer that I'd like to set up and have my firearms nearby ready to go versus walk back and forth or wait for someone else to pace back and forth all day. Plus I dont like the idea of me being focused on safety and aiming while someone has the opportunity to break into my car and snag whatever they would like because I can only have 1 of my guns next to me, doesn't seem very responsible so I always end up just bringing one gun to this range. Being that it's safe and outdoors gives it 3 out of 5 in my eyes. Although nothing truly beats freedom to fire like the mountains, this place gets you as close to that as possible without having to drive 30+ miles from town.

Everett is a tremendous improvement on other local ranges. Well run, excellent safety, nice outdoor range and best of all, intelligent and knowledgeable range masters and safety officers. As a long time range visitor, one of the best things is the complete absence of the petty tyrant wannabes that run most other regional ranges.

If you're a casual gun owner who only goes to the range once or twice a year, ESC's public access maybe a cost effective alternative to noisy, distance limited indoor ranges. The RSO's are generally positive and helpful. As a club to consider for membership, it's sadly lacking. For starters, it's only in operation perhaps 6 months out of the year due to the grounds being flooded on purpose for duck hunters. Standing water from rainfall will close the range as well. Add in that the range is only open 3 days a week for 5 hours a day. For the same cost of membership there are two other local clubs that are open year round, 6 or 7 days a week for 12 hours a day. ESC's facilities are primitive at best. The trap range is an embarrassment and the ancient PortaPotty should have been replaced years ago. There are no organized events or competitive disciplines. Most recently, the club was shut down by the state for failing to register with the Secretary of State and leaving the club uninsured. Unfortunately the club has a history of incompetent leadership and misfeasance. The loss of any safe shooting facility harms both gun owners and non-gun owners and I fear ESC's days are numbered.
