Emily was super helpful and informative! The machine i wanted wasn't in the store so she had it ordered in for me so I could try it out before purchasing! She also patiently let me try other machines out so I can validate my decision. It made purchasing all the more easy and I am happy with my machine!

So great. Took my embroidery machine in for routine maintenance/cleaning and the person who helped me really seemed to know what they were doing as they checked things out on its way to servicing. Was able to answer all my questions on products/etc BUT when it got really into technical parts of embroidery (I'm still learning) she was like "you know who you should talk to..." and pointed me at another staff member who sat with me for like 30 mins, answered a ton of questions and gave me a ton of reference material (links/etc) to look at so I could learn more.
10/10 will go back.

Genuinely interested to help you with what might suit rather than just sell. Kate was very knowledgeable about different machines, explained what I might want to know about them, all in a low pressure environment. Some nice fabric selection too.

Kate was absolutely WONDERFUL! She provided me with a great orientation to my new Brother Luminaire XP3 sewing and embroidery machine. She answered all of my questions and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!

I brought my machine in for service as it had been a few years. Diane was so helpful and even showed me a few other machines that I mentioned I might be interested in.
They emailed me with a list of parts that were needed and what was wrong with my machine. It looks brand new & runs great!!
I would highly recommend this location for their quality service, & great staff.

I have been working with the staff at this location for four years. They know their products and the vacuum service tech is super. My 12 year old Miele only needed a $2 part. Become a member as it saves you 25% on parts and service. High praise to Emily who assisted me recently

I was greeted and assisted immediately. Very pleasant clerk (sorry I didn't get her name) looked at my machine, said she had same machine and put the front on right away. I had finally just taped it because I couldn't do it. Then she replaced the light bulb. Quick and easy! She gave me lots of store information including free classes.

Great Shop great place to know about for getting information on sewing and vacuum products. QS&V took care of a Miele powerhead for my vacuum cleaner in a few days and the price at 40 bucks was very reasonable. Efficient and helpful and thoughtful staff.

Amanda greeted me and spent probably a half hour helping me to identify my sewing machines attachments and feet. I was able to expand my sewing knowledge and bought the appropriate foot for my machine. I will definitely be back.

I came in to pick up a new bobbin cover I had ordered, and I got so much more than I expected! When I mentioned I'd had a bad snarl, Kate gave me a refresher on threading the machine, and demonstrated several tricks to help me remember how to do it right. I've never had such thoroughly helpful customer service anywhere else. I didn't realize that the store not only sold and repaired sewing machines, but in their new, larger space (near Red Robin and across from the new location of Trader Joe's) they have an enticing collection of cotton fabrics and room for workshops and demonstrations. Highly Recommend!
