This muffler shop is a joke. I showed up in there asking if he can do my truck exhaust and he said he is booked for three weeks, three weeks and there’s not a single car in the parking lot or inside the garage bay.

Had an 8:00 am appointment, I arrived a few minutes early and the whole shop was closed up. I waited around for another 10-15 minutes and still nothing...I just ended up leaving. I even went back and checked my phone history, to make sure I didn't have a voicemail or a call back notifying me that nobody would be there and had nothing.
It is about 30 miles each way for me to get there and I also took the day off of work so I could make it to the appointment. I don't care if people need the day off, but at least call and let people know so they don't waste a bunch of time! Very disappointed to say the least, I will be going elsewhere in the future for exhaust work.

I thought my brakes needed replacing and made an appointment with this shop based on previous reviews.
The gentleman gave me the option of waiting 15 minutes or leaving my vehicle there while he conducted diagnostics.
He called me and said that my brakes were in good condition and didn't need replacing. My rotors were a little bit pitted, he could fix that now but stated that they would need to be replaced at a later time anyways, and recommended both jobs be done at a later time together.
This shop could have lied or tried to upsell me, but didn't. They've earned my trust and peace of mind and I will be coming here for future jobs.
And they didn't charge me for the diagnostics, said it was free!

Went over a curb and did something to my muffler. Made an appointment for Tuesday, or so I thought. Brought the car in on Tuesday, and Steve said, "The appointment is for Wednesday, but I'll look at it now." I had knocked the muffler out of position. Steve fixed it in 10 minutes, while I waited. I will definitely be coming back here.

WOW! Super fast work. Went in for an adjustment of my exhaust and he was done in less then 10min..took longer to load the car on the lift then for him to heat up the hook and ajust the pipe from rubbing/bouncing on my bumper

WOW!! Great place and very clean. Went in on 11/27/23 @ 1pm appointment. Got in asap and my rattling issue on my enhanced/modified exhaust was fixed just like that in less then 15min in and out..
