Falsely accused my siblings and their friends of stealing. When I went in alone a few days later, the “owner” watched me like a hawk. Everything looked fake and cheaply made but overpriced. Shien has better quality stuff?

Precious Treasures was an unexpected delight. Lex and Shera were absolutely wonderful with listening to me and helping me find the perfect amethyst slice for my older daughter’s business. I so deeply appreciate Shera for her unselfish act of showing me this piece as she was going to have this piece be a special gift for her. Thank you so very much Shera. Lex, you were really attentive, knowledgeable and I enjoyed my conversation with you. Thank you very much Lex. Positive karma to you both and what a wonderful store. The best customer service I had received in a long time. Five stars for Lex, Shera and Precious Treasures!

Overpriced, bad service. Racist people- not good energy for crystals. They make no effort to reconcile with their upset customers or change their actions. They’ll be out of business soon enough

Updated review: I bought necklace in June of 2023, that was $80, the quality is not worth the money. The “silver” is tarnished. I don’t believe it was real silver. So be careful buying jewelry from here.
The lady at the register watched me like a hawk stalking its prey. If you’re putting those intentions in your store, imagine the energy you’re putting in your crystals, tarot/oracle cards, & etc in the store. I’ve been to other crystal shops where I wasn’t treated like this. I suggest spend your money elsewhere, where you won’t be targeted as soon as you walk in the store.

This is my go to place for all things gems and jewelry! They even have an amazing array of beautiful items like butterfly’s and spiders! These are some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry and really have the best customer service.
My GO-TO for all things meteorite and moldivite!
They recently moved locations in the mall, literally across from where they used to be and now it is more of an open space and an amazing vibe for the store.

Been here as a customer many times until I bought a ring. The ring bended and cracked out of the nothing. I called the store to let them know and also came to the store for an exchange and the sales person was absolutely rude and talk to me in certainly way from the beginning without looking at the ring basically telling me “we are not gonna do an exchange or refund” she took a look and said nothing wrong with it where you can clearly saw the ring was bended and about to break in 2. I didn’t do anything to the ring for this to happen she makes it sound I did something . Is my word against hers. Called her boss and gave me the same stupid policy without taking in consideration the customers opinion and value. Walk out out of there and never never again I’ll buy anything from this place . I rather to buy online from other people who offers a better policy.! This place has bad energies and people working there. Be aware people if you buy something from them and the quality is bad and your jewelry damage this people will not give a damn! Terrible customer service

My first experience in this store was incredible. The woman who helped us was so delicate with the stones and packaged them with so much care. This store has so many eye catching valuables for those who enjoy collecting and would make greats gifts for those who appreciate the beauty in these items.

I’m pretty sure this may be my first Google review, but after my experience, I would like to make a review to deter people from purchasing from this store (or even going in). I, along with many of my friends, have been in before at separate times; yet we all have a similar experience. There are signs everywhere that tell you not to steal, which is fine, totally understandable. However, they are everywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE. Clearly they do not trust any customer. But fine, I get it, people steal and it’s an issues. However, when I walked in (only carrying a small purse), the sales lady followed me around and eyed me. I felt like a criminal. Then, at one point, I found some earrings I liked and went over to a mirror and held them up to my ear (they were still on the paper) and that same sales lady yelled at me from across the store, “mam, you cannot try those on!” I was mortified as all the other customers turned their heads. The sales woman swiftly walked over and tried to grab the earrings out of my hand (which again, had not been removed from the paper). After that, she continued to follow me even closer. I eventually left pretty upset. A few weeks later, my mom and I were in the mall and she wanted to go inside to see the crystals. I told her about my experience and that I don’t want to go, but she insisted, saying that the sales lady must have been having a bad day last time I went. The same sales lady was there and again, started to follow, but this time it was my mom. My mom asked a question about a crystal and the sales lady rolled her eyes and told my mom it’s an easy google search. Extremely unfriendly and rude, yet again. I probably know around 5 friends/family members who have walked in the store at some point, planning on buying something, and ended up leaving because of the hostile environment. In addition, I have noticed that my brown friends were extra scrutinized, and after seeing some other reviews, seems as if they hire sales associates who are racist. Don’t buy anything in here, as you will be financially supporting a terrible, racist store who does not put the customer first, let alone respect them. There are tons of other stores that sell similar items for even cheaper. Such a shame. Clearly most people feel the same way time and time again, yet they have done anything about it. Honestly, pretty disgusting behavior. Hoping this place moves soon so a store that is welcoming replaces it!

Felt very unwelcome, as soon as I walked in I was being stared down, every corner I would go, I would see this lady just standing there and staring at me, she would NOT take her eyes off me, then I had some other lady ask if I found everything okay but in a very rude and sarcastic tone. I asked where I can find Moldavite the lady just walked over and pointed at a shelf without giving any other recommendations or small talk. I was waiting at the register while they were accusing someone of stealing, and even started cursing at them, but place is overall cute and aesthetic, they have all the crystals you are looking for and very cool designs, just very uncomfortable/rude service.

Super disappointed in my last trip here, I have been multiple times. I came in with my sister and not only did the sales lady accuse my sister of taking something, but was aggressive and when we offered for her to look in our bags she had attitude. As someone who works in retail I'm offended.

My brother has been a regular at this store, and wanted to bring me along to show me where he gets his bracelets from. We went earlier and talked with a friendly employee. After eating and going back hoping for the same vibe, turns out a different employee was there and made us feel d*** for asking questions about the bracelet he had bought earlier. Examples such as ".. Um..you can google that yk," with a very rude tone. He then asked about a book that has info on crystals, and she just flat out said the price, "14.95" with a monotone voice. After handing it over, he felt it was necessary to even ask if it was free and okay to look, and read through it. This was the environment she was creating. He then asked about Tiger Iron and asked if they had any, and she just barely lifted her arm and points her finger to her left and said "where the crystals are." then he asked "but where?" implying that he would've liked to be shown but this employee didn't budge and said "do you see the stands over there." Again, felt foolish. After having trouble finding it right away because there is so much to look at, she then walked up to the crystals and finally said "here." I also noticed her staring at the other customers in a protective and suspicious way as if we were going to rob the place. I understand that the store is expensive and so she is just being precautious, but as customers it can feel a bit off. This employee was a woman who was older, had light brown skin and dark hair. I want to describe her because everyone else who works there has been nothing but kind and friendly. We loved going there though after reading the other comments who've had similar experiences, we just felt it was necessary to share.
