Great alternative to UPS and FedEx locations. The only drawback is that they void any responsibility for dropped packages.

My experiences have been rather positive. My boxes arrive safely & I pick them up. The newer folks who bought the business are friendly and running a business just like anyone else. They’re good about reminding me of my annual renewal and any packages that arrive. I put my trust in this place for the mailbox I’ve maintained there for well over 5 years and feel safe continuing my business there.

Charged $2 for drop off of UPS prepaid package, which frankly is highway robbery as there is no actual service being provided-they do not provide you with tracking. Definitely not worth stopping here. Much better service at the Pony Express down the road - they don’t rob you.

I was a customer for 14 years until sold to new owners and have had some mail "Returned to Sender, No Box Here." During this time, my box rent was paid in full and active. In addition, I have had an unknown person's voting ballot placed in my mailbox. Will no longer be using this service due to the incompetence.

I came in today with my son to ship a couple of things, and the new owner was helpful and kind. He asked my son questions and showed him some of the packaging equipment, which made our fairly dull errand memorable. I often go to the post office, but this was way easier and more enjoyable!

Was in the neighborhood and needed to drop off 2 small (9x6x2”) boxes with prepaid USPS labels already on them. He told me it was $2 each to drop them off. I just walked out and found the mailbox at Safeway.
CHARGING to hold the box until the USPS comes and picks it up the next day?!?!
Come on man.

Stopped in to mail a couple letters, late morning on a Wednesday. Waited briefly for the customer ahead of me to finish and was helped by the owner. Super friendly, quick and easy service.
