I just purchased my second Volkswagen via Rairdon (nee Pignataro) and am very happy. Val and Alex made absolutely sure that I got the car I actually wanted, and not one that I "settled" for. My trade-in was given a lot of love, and while I could have sold it on the private market for "more", how much is my time worth? I don't want to sell a vehicle on the private market and worry about scammers and bad checks and counterfeit cash. I'm very pleased to be supporting Alex, Val, and the whole staff and company. I hope that with my business, the organization remembers what matters - relationships. Our wonderful experience with my fiance's used Tiguan brought me back when my 6MT 2019 Alltrack no longer suited my needs (leg surgery). I was given plenty of time to pick and choose, because they cared about getting me the *right* vehicle.I do dearly hope that Rairdon continues the "family" feel that Pignataro had. When staffers stick around for decades, that's a winning combination and tells me as a consumer that they care, and that they have the expertise to help me solve problems.The Cross Sport is a joy to drive, and I feel so spoiled. I'm grateful to the entire team for making this all happen in a single day.

Had a horrible experience with my TDI warranty here at this location. Tech’s took my car in and because it was totaled in the past, they had determined that my radiator fans were not OEM. At this time, I was having issues with my dpf due to my fans and I brought it in for the TDI warranty to fix it. Fast forward some time, I have figured out that my fans were indeed OEM, with all VW part numbers and VW branded electrical plugs. This dealership rejected work they were supposed to cover with the TDI warranty, and on top of that, charged me for the diagnostics work. They also conveniently rejected this repair right before my TDI warranty expired. Please take your car to be serviced elsewhere where they treat their customers fairly. I now have to resolve a headache of an issue with my DPF system, when it is a fault of the failed TDI fix which the dealer should have repaired. This is not great customer service from VW!

While my car was on your lot it was broken into and hundreds of dollars of tools were stolen. I wasn’t informed until the late afternoon in which I was expecting to pick up my car, they had found out an hour before notifying me and were very thorough in gathering information for me. No offer was made to make an insurance claim, police report or to adjust any payments.. I know this was something that they can’t always control. But this person was known to be in the area as well. I wish I had been informed of that.

Eleven years ago Rob S sold me the trade-in I used for the GTI, so whenever I would come in for servicing the Beetle, I would look thru the showroom and have a quick chat with him and see what was new in VWs. He’s been talking to me about GTIs for years, so when I saw one in your showroom with a 6 speed manual transmission I asked for Rob to walk me through this sale. Between Rob, who came in on his day off, Gh and Kathleen, it was a delightful experience. My only sorrow was in saying goodbye to my beloved Beetle. I hope the next owner will take as good care of him as I did.Now I look forward to working with Eric in servicing and having Stephan detail my beautiful little Golf 8 GTI SE 40th Anniversary Edition in the years to come. Pignataro has a wonderful team of loyal employees!

This was a prearranged service appointment made months ago that involved warranty and maintenance work. When I contacted my service advisor, he had made notes about what was to be done, and we picked up our conversation where we left off months ago. He arranged for a loaner car for my wife, and made the process very smooth. Everything was completed as promised without any complications. I appreciate the attention to detail, thank you!

The sales is awesome. We purchased our vehicle there, and were so impressed the we convinced my wife’s brother that this is the place to purchase his vehicle. However when we needed service, that when we had our problems. Mind you we live in oak harbor and this place is in Everett. An hours drive. Our car was put in on a Wednesday, authorized wok Thursday. A week later we had no word about our vehicle. I called to see how things were going. They informed me that the service tech was out. Then asked for an update. A couple of hours later I called back and was informed that there was extensive damage. I asked if I could have some pictures. Since I live an hour away hard to get down to see the damage. Then the service guy proceeded to tell me how much of a hassle it would be. I asked for an update for the repairs. Mind you my vehicle has already been there a week. I waited a couple of more hours then tried to call, no answer. I called the front desk and asked if perhaps maybe they were too busy. She says no they are not, and got put through to the service desk again. No answer, again. My wife calls on her phone and wouldn’t you know it, she gets through. Highly suspicious. Do I then ask about the repairs and photos. This time they they say they that they are going to send me the authorization. And wouldn’t you know it the estimate says different than what I was told before I asked for the pictures of the damage. Now frustrated and angry, still no vehicle and feel I can’t trust a word they say. I feel bad for my brother in law because if I knew it was going to be this bad in there service department I wouldn’t have taken him there. STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. You can bet that the next vehicle purchase will not be at this business. I refuse to give my money to this business as a whole, even know the sales was awesome, the repairs are far from it. So as a wholes they do not deserve my money. By the way still no pictures of the damage. A couple of days later was told the vehicle was done. Made arrangements to pick up the vehicle, then called to verify it, only to find out not all the work was done. Had to wait a couple of more days to pick up the vehicle. I noticed that parts were missing (Mud guard on the left front was missing). So in total the car was there for 3 weeks, rental was expensive, estimate was way over what I was expecting, and parts missing.

I went there a month or more ago to look at a couple vehicles, although I wasn’t able to get the financing I needed the team went out of their way to help me out. Salesman Alex was kind, wasn’t pushy and genuinely seemed like he cared about getting me into a car I’d enjoy. On top of that the prices are fair. Next car I buy I’m definitely going back here, and anyone know who needs a car I’ll happily be sending their way.

Shout out to G and Tim for making this the most enjoyable and easy car buying experience I’ve ever had. Not only did G work with me to put together the package I was looking for, but he also helped out my friend on a whim to get them a great deal on their car, and also put them in a new one. Tim made the financial piece an absolute breeze and I’m grateful for the all the laughs throughout the process. You can’t go wrong with this team!

I dont normally do reviews but this one has to be done..my 16 year old daughter was ready for a car we started our search. She had a down payment and we looked for a few months at private sellers and even went to a few shady car lots that did not make us feel like they had her best interest at heart. I remembered, I got my car atPignataro and we decided to see what they had on their used car lot. Of course they had the car she had been wanting, a mini cooper. It was freshly traded in and It haven't even been cleaned up or serviced yet. G our sales guy said after they give it a once over they would call with how much and any issues it may have. As we were test driving form another lot - G called and the price was right so we headed over for a test drive. It just needed some lights and a spring replaced so we decided this was the one. They made the process so easy for us. She put her down payment and I finance the rest. The finance lady kaylean went above and beyond and was she was so sweet. When we picked up her car She had an envelope waiting with a gift card from Etsy because my daughter was talking about all the stuff she wanted to buy for her car off Etsy. Totally unexpected! Here's where it gets interesting.... We drove off in her new car and she could not be more excited. Keep in mind she does not even have a drivers license yet. A few weeks later we get in the car so she could practice and the engine check light and hazard lights came on. My immediate response is oh no I bought a bad car! I called G our sales guy and he made me feel secure in our decision and told me to bring the car in to get looked at. They reset the sensors and told us to use premium gas and if that didn't work to give them a call back. Shawn the sales manger took time to make sure we knew he was here to help. A week later the lights came back on. I called Shawn. He had me drop the car off so they could take a look. They took it to a BMW mini Cooper shop where they found a problem. Keep in mind I bought an as is vehicle. I was called later the next day I told it had to have a repair and Pignataro is going to take care of it. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond to make sure my 16-year-old had a safe reliable car. This experience has been amazing!! Thank you to the whole staff for making her first car-buying experience amazing and for going above and beyond. Thank you for caring

Words can’t describe just how happy I am with my experience! Not only Rob Schubert, my salesperson, was phenomenal with the whole buying process, but other people on the sales team like Kenneth and Justin are outstanding with customer service. Also shoutout to Erik Bright their service advisor there, great guy with even greater car servicing skills. The whole place is outstanding head to toe, and is filled with wonderful people and fantastic cars! Cheers to being a customer there for 5 years already, and to many more.

I never got the feeling the folks I was dealing with truly understood the car. I did my own research countless times to get a better answer on questions I asked.I'm not sure how the buyer is to know that basic tools, that have come with every car I've ever driven, have to be purchased! Where in the fine print of the ordering process is that shared? I expect the basics like: a jack, a lug wrench, some standard floor mats. Seems like a airline tactic, to squeeze more money of of the customer.During the purchase I was offered a complementary charging station, but I already bought one in advance (at the suggestion of an earlier VW email stating they are hard to get due to supply chain issues). Now I have two, which is better than none.

Val, the EV salesperson/expert was invaluable when it came to introducing the workings of the id4 and apps that went along with, to operate the car completely.She was concise, thorough, thoughtful and patient.I give her the ultimate amount of points for her ability to communicate with the customer!
