I previously bought my Golf from here when it was Pignataro in 2018 and had an excellent experience, so I was hoping that, with the change in ownership, it would still be good. I am happy to say I had an equally good experience buying a used Golf R over the weekend. Jonah was wonderful to work with. He was prompt in response to my initial inquiry, and made the car buying process straightforward and smooth. Unfortunately, being a woman you don't always get the best car buying experience. I had looked at cars at two other dealerships that day and neither of them addressed me, just my husband, even though we were both clear that I was the one buying this car. Jonah was the complete opposite and it was a relief to work with someone who understood and acknowledged me as the buyer of the car. I didn't feel like I was being jerked around and that I was buying the car with the full knowledge of it's quality and (few) tiny flaws. The car had trouble starting for the test drive so Jonah had the battery tested, saw it was a bad battery, and arranged to have it replaced. Additionally, everyone one else at the dealership was very friendly and working with the finance department (I was already pre-approved through BECU) was smooth. All of the paperwork was done quickly and I was out the door with my new car in just a few hours from test drive to final signing. I do miss the fresh cookies they had when it was Pignataro though....
I previously had my Golf serviced here as well and have had positive experiences. They have been very clear with pricing for any services I requested, and respected my choice if I did not have a recommended service done. I never felt pressured to have unnecessary services added.
The only not positive thing I have to say is that they really hound you for MONTHS after to leave reviews after a service or buying a car. I understand that this is how they get their business and probably make bonuses, but it is aggravating to receive multiple texts, phone calls, and emails (many times in the same day) for months afterwards.

The first service at Rairdon Volkswagen in Everett, I was impressed with how clean that place is. I had asked for a loaner vehicle and it was ready for me when I arrived. The service included some recalls and the first oil change and general service. All, including washing the vehicle was done that very same day. Jeremiah, the service consultant was very friendly and helpful. All checks they performed have been documented and printed. I will use them for future service calls again.

Aaron was professional and attentive. I have mobility issues and he made sure I was taken care of and helped me for a comfortable longe to wait. He kept me updated as my repairs moved forward.

Great customer service every time we need to bring our Atlas in. Only complaint would be the price, I showed them where the problem was all they had to do was reset computer costed me $130 for 2 min of work. I am still willing to pay that for the amazing customer service and able to get me in and out same day.

My car wasn't starting unless I locked them unlocked it while sitting in the driver's seat. This was the second time this had happened. They found out it was a bad battery in the fob, which they replaced for no charge. Everyone is nice and professional.

I recently leased a 2024 Atlas from them and I can say that they have one of the finest staff you can get at a dealership. Isaiah and Jessica are the ones whom I interacted with and both are very good human beings who actually want to work with you to get what you want! Miguel is a great manager who stands behind his staff and also his customers! Overall a great experience!
Would definitely recommend them.

I rather leave a negative number. Sales once again lied to us. Told us they would have a few cars on thier lot from thier other lots closer to what we requested. When speaking with noha yesterday sales manager said that was totally a lie. They brought no vehicles over for us to view n drive n buy the way we could look at them us commi g all the way I. To office and viewing on line. Once we were at dealership and worked out monthly and other number than and only than would they 1 by 1 bring a vehicle over. So we would be there for hours. The longer we are there the longer they think they have to talk us I to a vehicle they want us to have not what we want .like the 1st day when we're there to buy used car and they take us on A new car test drive that i voiced more than 5xs i didnt want to drive a car i cant buy.. I call
and ask how to file grievance and they wouldn't tell.me of course. If they don't want bad reviews stop doing crooked things and lying to the public

Since purchasing my Atlas VW at Rairdon’s (previously Pignataro) in Everett, I have been happy with the services I have received with my car. Jeremiah and Aaron, in services, have always been straightforward and helpful in their communication, answering my questions and seeing my car is well taken care of. I feel at ease working with them.

On Tues, Sept 3rd, I called THREE times as TWICE I was disconnected (or hung up on) and all I was asking about was getting a stupid bolt put in my door. Turned out to be a headache. No one should have to call THREE times to talk to people. Shame on this place. I hope you go out of business
