Overall it was a great experience from scheduling an appointment to picking up my glasses. Pleased having the opportunity to ask Doctor all my questions during the eye exam and get assistance while ordering glasses. Frame selection is good but it could be a bit better. Glasses were ready to pick up on the second work day which exceeded my expectations.

Good experience. The exam was thorough. Especially since I have double vision. I finally am getting the prescription I should have had two years ago! Got some sweet Oakley frames for pretty reasonable price.

I recently had a great experience at Pearle Vision in Alderwood Mall. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect frames. The selection was impressive, and the overall service was excellent. Highly recommended!

I never leave reviews but this clinic is especially helpful, very friendly and welcoming staff, everything is explained throughly, all my questions were answered, I was guided through everything, the doctor is very understanding, logical and efficient she answered all my questions and explained everything to me. The people here really take their time to do their job well.

The worst customer service I have ever received in my life! I went in early for my scheduled eye exam. There were already two people with the only visible sales associate. I didn't want to interrupt, so I decided to look around while I was waiting. As soon as I heard the door I turned around and both parties were gone. They must've been together because I only heard the door once. At that point I let him know that I had a 930 appt, which he responded that the Dr wasn't here yet and it should be 5-10 min. I kept looking as I was there to get glasses. Some point later a women came in who I presumed was my Dr. carrying bags and what not, but since it was my first time seeing her I could not be sure. Another lady walked in and said she had a 930 appt, and the guy said whomever wasn't here yet. Then some other lady came in but no one was in the lobby, so I asked the associate and he responded by saying oh the Dr is here now so you can go back. My response was it would've been nice to know that. I go to the back and tell her I have a 930 appt she says it will be a moment, doesn't ask what I am there for anything. She grabs the girl who came in after me but either knew where to sit or was told to sit there and takes her to a back room to get contacts. A couple of minutes she comes back and I say that I was actually before her. Instead of being understanding or apologetic, she goes into saying that she was here for contacts that's something different. I say that doesn't matter you could've checked me in or whatever. She gets an attitude with me I give it back and then she tells me to leave because she doesn't need to deal with it. Just jumps to kicking me out not trying to work it out or anything. Now I am mad. I yell at her that I have a torn meniscus, she yells back that I should think first because I don't know what other people are going through and she has two family members dying. She ends up storming off. I am yelling at her that I wasn't even mad at her I was mad at the sales associate. She was yelling we you didn't tell me that! It was a hot mess of a situation. I went to leave and on the way out I said you know you caused that. He said I didn't do anything, and that the Dr wasn't even here when I got there. Then he gets all snarky and you can leave while shooing his hand towards the front door. I am livid. Absolutely no guest service training what so ever! The owner was my previous Dr and I am sure she wouldn't want her clients being treated in that manner. They both took a bad situation and mad it worse. I will never go back.

I had ordered a pair of glasses from this particular location and I’m not upset about the fact that the glasses, I’m more upset about the staff. I called on Friday to see if my glasses had been shipped off yet which was confirmed they had been shipped that day. I was told that they could potentially be there on Saturday and I waited for a call but never received one. I called them and they said that they didn’t receive anything. I then called yesterday to double-check and confirm if they were supposed to be coming in I was told by an employee that they were and that they would call me. I received a call later that day stating they had not come in. I was told by the same employee that I talked to previously on Monday that they would for sure be in on Tuesday so I called on my lunch about three or four times there was no answer so I called again, and when a lady answered, I asked her if they had gotten a shipment in for my glasses, I was told no by her and that I was given the wrong information that they don’t ship over the weekend. I explained to her that the man that I had talked to previously promised me that they were supposed to be there on Monday when they didn’t show up promised me they were supposed to be there on Tuesday, she asked me if there was anything else and it could be helped with and I said well if you wouldn’t mind informing the man I talked to about giving wrong information he gave me so he wouldn’t have an issue with other peoplee, her response was like well is there anything that I can help you with? She was very snippy and very rude to me and the only thing I had to say to her was you don’t need to be rude, I was just saying that it’s a suggestion and letting you know that your employee is giving false information to people. She then apologized. I should say it wasn’t a real apology because she was still very snippy with me and said well I’m sorry, and then just hang up on me . I’m not mad about my glasses and the quality of the glasses from Pearle vision. I am upset about the customer service that I received from this location and I’ve been going to Pearle vision for about three or four years now and never had this type of customer service ever so I’m a little disappointed.

Just went in - 6/13. - and the person at the counter - young man with glass, didn’t get name - was very helpful - made with a minor repair on my pair - most appreciative.
