This place was horrible, I went to go purchase a shotgun, and even though I paid for it in advance, as-well as went through there background check, and was told because I didn’t pick it up within there time frame I would have to make another payment for a background check. On top of all the inconvenience they had caused me, they wouldn’t give me a refund, horrible customer service, I would never recommend anyone here! If I could give -5 stars I would! Outrageous!

All the guys there are awesome. There prices are fair and it's the only place that I buy my guns. People who write bad reviews about this shop are dumb AF. keep crying cause you didn't get what you wanted

This pawn shop is a joke they treat people like they are dumb or a crackhead. These people that work here are so rude. I recommend to buy things or pawn somwhere else They are over priced and if you pawn something they are scammers. Bad business go somewhere else to take care of your business. Hope they go out of business soon.

They are not professional, I took some jewelry in here before and they said it wasn’t gold then I went somewhere else, they were gold after all. Don’t know how they call themselves a pawn shop, they only want buyers.

Went there three days before Christmas and was looking a round and my friend was with me and we were looking at jewelry. And ask to clean a pair of earrings that they had. And of course the jewelry cleaner it was. not working so my friend was a bout to buy a the earrings good thing I had them tested because it was fake gold that they were trying to sell !! I wouldn’t waste my time there don’t need to cover up and say it was silver they mentioned multiple times that it was 14 karat gold !!!

I was lead to believe when I called them that they took car stereo speakers when I got there the manager or owner not sure who he was said they didn't take them , he said he did not want to insult me by giving me a price that he would pay for the set . Turns out he said he would offer me only a hundred to pawn them. Now the speaker set was $2,300 when I bought them they were still in the box brand new never used. On top of all that I had a Bose headset that they only offered me $40 and a shotz head set they only offered $ 15 for. I did not pawn there I went to another pawn shop which was cash America and though they were upfront and honest about the stero speakers that they would have had to test them in my car first which I could not do at the time , had I been able to and they were able to see that they worked I probably could have pawned for at least $800 . Big difference from this place . But I did pawn my Bose for $100 and my Shotz for $ 40 big difference from this place they offered me more than double than this place like about 60 percent more . This place is a joke .

Do not waste your gas, money, and time with this pawn shop! It the item you are trying to sell isn't damn near new, they won't purchase it. The little Spanish manager is a complete douche bag!
