Having to do an emergency kitchen remodel after a flood 4 days before Christmas was extremely stressful, but Javier helped us find the right combination of products to meet our design, cost and timeline needs. Oh, where do I even begin with this incredible cabinet company? I had the pleasure of experiencing their exceptional service last year while doing a remodel, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of an adventure.First off, let's talk about their unparalleled ability to send incomplete orders. It's like they're playing a thrilling game of hide-and-seek with my cabinets. Who needs a matching set anyway? And let's not forget the delightful surprise of receiving extra parts and cabinet doors that seemed to belong to a mysterious puzzle only they understood or came from someone else order. It's like a DIY enthusiast's dream come true – who doesn't love a good puzzle challenge in their spare time?And let's not overlook the missing and miss matched trim for the cabinets. Who needs those finishing touches, right? I've always thought that a kitchen with gaps and holes was the latest trend in interior design. Thanks to this company's innovative approach, my kitchen now doubles as a Swiss cheese museum.Lastly, I must applaud their dedication to surprising me at every turn. Not only did they send the wrong size cabinets, but they also went above and beyond by sending sizes that were entirely different from what I had ordered. It's like they're psychic and knew my kitchen's dimensions better than I did. They actually knew a Farm sink would fit a standard kitchen sink. Mind-reading cabinet experts, who would've thought?In conclusion, if you're in the market for an unforgettable experience with a cabinet company that specializes in chaos, confusion, and surprises, look no further. This company has truly mastered the art of turning a simple kitchen renovation into a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Who wants perfection anyway? It's overrated.

No real experience designers with degrees. Parr trainees their designers on the job, this means lots of mistakes, these mistakes will cost you time and money. It took weeks for Parr to correct and reorder the correct cabinets just look at the other reviews need I say more. I do not know if Parr is too cheap to pay their employees or bad management. One thing is certain Parr lumber will waste your time.

When you spend a lot of money on cabinets, you expect a high level of service. This is an example of a good experience that went sour at the end. The Parr sales rep added some items to our order that weren't relevant to our install. Parr has declined return/reimbursement and has tried to shift blame to the contractor that the order was placed under.

Terrible business ethics and even worse customer service. Cabinets were ordered months ago, Delivered and one cabinet was completely missing and rest of the measurements were odd <did not take account for a standard stove size nor a standard fridge>
Upon asking for a Manger (karen) and (John-responsible for managing the order) both were away for work trips. We picked up an extra cabinet that fit the size the same say but still waiting on the matching door. It's been well over 3 weeks and the delivery date for the door keeps changing. Instead of trying to make things right, I have only been met with an attitude everytime I reach out to them.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR FANCY LOCATION. THEY WORK IS TERRIBLE!

Sucks that I need to give any stars at all to get the review started. This company is full of incompetent staff. Took completely wrong measurements of our kitchen without taking account for a standard stove or a standard fridge. Had 4 months to order and deliver the cabinets. Got the delivery the contractors started to install and we find out about the wrong measurement, then one whole cabinet is missing. It qas included in the blueprint but never ordered nor delivered. John from parr who was responsible for the ordering and measuring and delivery was no where to be found [ on work trips out of state everytime we asked for him ) Javier at parr is the only person there I have come across with any customer service skills and the make it right attitude. We asked to speak to the mamager/supervisor and no reply from Her either [karen] for almost a week. We luckily were able to drive to their office and pick up a left over (or part of someone else's order) cabinet that fit the correct size but the Door style did not match. Here we are 3 weeks later playing tag btwn emails. I was told it will be delivered on the 16th. Now I'm being td it's the 21st. This is just unacceptable: to 1st do incomplete work, then give the customer attitude when they complain and then slack with making it right. Complete crap company

I had a really great experience here! I had a very small order - just needing a single drawer face. They were super responsive and continually followed up to make sure I got what I needed. The drawer face matched my cabinets exactly. It can be hard to find good service like this (I had tried other places previously) Thanks for the help!!

Throughout the process of selecting and ordering cabinets for our kitchen expansion/remodel, Zachary has been thoroughly professional and a pleasure to work with.In addition to being extremely patient, Zachary made valuable suggestions which added value to our project, while saving us money.We are very happy with the results of his efforts, and will continue to rely on Zachary for the completion of phase 2 of our renovation project.

Parr cabinet has been wonderful. The quality is exactly what we picked out. The sales people are super helpful. John has been amazing throughout our process. We looked at 5 other cabinet suppliers before choosing them. I would recommend Parr Cabinets again to anyone. No hiccups and great product for the price.
