I woke up at 4:30 AM panicking about my missing license. I found it, but couldn't change the feeling that something was off. I gave up and got ready at 5. I usually try to sleep until 5:30 on school days. So, I was ready and still felt like something was off. I went to go start my car and heard the ticking of a bad battery. I got a neighbor to try and jump it, but we had no luck getting it going. I called triple A, and received a 7:12 AM ETA. I still had some hope. The guy arrived around 8:10 (GRRR). He was able to get the car to start, but warned me that if I turned it off, it wouldn't start again. He suggested I call triple A for a battery swap. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I decided to turn off my car and hope it started later because Triple A had already wasted enough of my day.. I called O'Reillys and they told me they would swap out the battery if I bought it from them. Thankfully, it started. Kody as a copilot, we went to O'Reillys. The manager (who was nice, so I didn't take out my frustration on the misinformation on him) said they couldn't install the battery. (GRRR) He recommended we buy the battery and take it to Jiffy Lube. (By this time, it's like 10:30, and I've fully given up on work.) I'm panicking that my car's not going to start, but it did! We get to Jiffy Lube, and there's a stripped bolt on the thingy-ma-bob. One guy tried to get the battery out for a good 30 minutes before they called in the big guns. The beast of a lovely dude worked on it for around 30 minutes. They ended up breaking the doo-hickey and got the battery out! Then they replaced the broken whose-a-what's it and put the whoop-di-doo back together again! We tried to pay, but Arms-McGee waived us off saying it was free!!! Anyway, car's fixed-it was a lot. After a morning of anxiety, I took a nap. Thanks Jiffy lube!

Be ware. Don't buy from here! They do not honor their return policy. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I purchased a battery online and then picked it up. When I went to install it, I noticed it was not new at all. In fact, it was 3 years old. The lady at the store would not exchange or return it. I have done business with O'Reillys for decades. Not any more! AutoZone is far more customer service oriented and will receive all of my business from now on.
The reply from the owner says it all. I won't be back, and they don't care!
Of course, the reply is gone now since I edited my review in response to it. The owner pretty much said so sad to bad, we hope you have a better experience next time.

Bradon replaced my battery today. He was very professional and he did it all very quick. He got his hands dirty so I wouldn't have to. Thank you Bradon for getting my deid battery replaced and ensuring I was not charged for the core. I love O'Reilly's and you are a big part of why.

Terrible service, they thought I had stolen something just because I checked to see if they had what I needed but they didn't have anything I needed.They took a photo of my car as if I had taken something, I went down to complain, why did they do it?It's a terrible store with racist employees.autozone in much better, knows how to treat its customers.
