Great place for parts. But don't ask Brady. Been given 3 part that weren't for my vehicle. Serpentine belt for a infiniti qx70. But got one for a Chevy Colorado. Close but not.

The worker that helped me was very friendly and helpful. I came in hoping to use the free engine light scan, and turned out I was needing a new gas cap. The worker that helped me helped me find a new cap and even replaced it for me. Honestly, best customer service experience I’ve had yet.

Just flew into Everett on the 11th and was raining hard. Woukdn't ya' know, my windshield wipers were worn out and I hadnt changed them in a while.Went directly to O'Reilly Auto Parts and two guys ready to help immediately. Told one nice guy my dilemma and vehicle info, and he gave me all three options, I chose the middle. Paid and then he offered to take the old wipers off and install the new set, in the rain! Couldn't have asked for better service! Thanks nice guy at O'Reilly!
